تقدم شركة Mace، التي تجمع بين خبرة البناء والاستشارات، وظيفة Senior Design Manager (Shopping Malls) للمساهمة في مشروع تطوير مول تجاري كبير في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عملية التصميم لمشروع المول الذي يشمل وحدات بيع بالتجزئة وفنادق ومطاعم ومواقف سيارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عملية إدارة التصميم من التصميم المفاهيمي إلى التصميم التفصيلي ووثائق البناء.
- إدارة استشاريي التصميم متعددي التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة المتخصصين طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- إنشاء وصيانة برامج التصميم وجداول التسليم وخطط إدارة التصميم.
- قيادة التنسيق في التصميم عبر التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة والمناظر الطبيعية والتخطيط التجاري والتخصصات الأخرى.
- مراقبة تقدم التصميم وضمان تحقيق المخرجات وفقاً لمتطلبات البرنامج.
- تحديد مخاطر التصميم والقيود وقضايا الواجهة، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف عند الحاجة.
- تسهيل ورش العمل التصميمية والمراجعات الفنية واجتماعات أصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان توافق التصاميم مع أهداف التشغيل والتجارة وتجربة العملاء وإدارة الأصول.
- مراجعة مخرجات التصميم من حيث الجودة والاكتمال وقابلية البناء والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة المشتريات ومراجعات وثائق المناقصات وإشراك المقاولين.
- التنسيق مع فرق مراقبة المشروع والتجارة والتسليم لضمان التكامل الفعال عبر البرنامج.
- إدارة موافقات التصميم وعمليات الحوكمة ومتطلبات موافقة أصحاب المصلحة.
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة عن حالة التصميم والمخاطر والقرارات الرئيسية وتأثيرات البرنامج.
- تعزيز الابتكار والاستدامة وفرص هندسة القيمة طوال عملية التصميم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة علمية في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم المولات التجارية الكبرى أو وجهات البيع بالتجزئة أو المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة قيادية في المشاريع من التصميم المفاهيمي إلى مراحل التصميم التفصيلي.
- فهم قوي للتخطيط التجاري وتجربة العملاء والمتطلبات التشغيلية والاعتبارات التجارية في تطوير المولات التجارية.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق الاستشاريين متعددي التخصصات وبيئات أصحاب المصلحة المعقدة.
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات إدارة التصميم وعمليات الحوكمة وممارسات ضمان التصميم.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة البرامج والتنسيق والتواصل.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو جهة العميل أو المطور أو إدارة البرامج.
- يفضل الحصول على اعتماد مهني مثل RIBA أو MRICS أو MCIOB أو PMP أو ما يعادلها.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لشركة استشارات إدارة مشاريع، وهو مطلوب لأغراض الهجرة وموافقة العميل.

The Project
Mace is providing project management services on a major new build mall in the heart of Saudi Arabia, the project will consist of retail units, hotels, food and beverage, and associated car parking.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the design process across a large-scale shopping mall development incorporating retail, hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, and associated infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure the design vision is successfully translated into a coordinated, buildable, and commercially viable solution.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supervise the design management process from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Manage multidisciplinary design consultants and specialist stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain design programmes, deliverable schedules, and design management plans.
- Drive design coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, retail planning, and specialist disciplines.
- Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables are achieved in line with programme requirements.
- Identify design risks, constraints, and interface issues, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
- Facilitate design workshops, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure designs align with operational, commercial, customer experience, and asset management objectives.
- Review design deliverables for quality, completeness, buildability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Support procurement activities, tender documentation reviews, and contractor engagement.
- Coordinate with project controls, commercial and delivery teams to ensure effective integration across the programme.
- Manage design approvals, governance processes and stakeholder sign-off requirements.
- Provide regular reporting on design status, risks, key decisions and programme impacts.
- Promote innovation, sustainability and value engineering opportunities throughout the design process.
- Degree qualified in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering major shopping malls, retail destinations, or mixed-use developments.
- Demonstrable experience leading projects from concept design through detailed design stages.
- Strong understanding of retail planning, customer experience, operational requirements, and commercial considerations within shopping mall developments.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of design management methodologies, governance processes and design assurance practices.
- Excellent programme management, coordination and communication skills.
- Experience working within PMC, client-side, developer or programme management environments is preferred.
- Professional accreditation such as RIBA, MRICS, MCIOB, PMP or equivalent is advantageous.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
