انضم إلى MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية في العالم، وتولّ دور محلل التخطيط المالي (FP&A Analyst) في جدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد التوقعات والمحاكاة المالية الأسبوعية والشهرية (OTC, soft close)
  • دعم دورات التخطيط الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية (الموازنة التقديرية، خطة الدورة)
  • العمل عن كثب مع الفرق التجارية للتوافق على الأهداف والتوقعات المالية
  • إعداد تقارير وعروض مالية منتظمة لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين
  • تحليل الربحية حسب العميل وفئة المنتج (قائمة أرباح وخسائر العميل)
  • دعم متابعة الاستثمارات التجارية (trade investment) وتتبع G2N عبر التقارير ولوحات البيانات
  • صيانة وتحديث البيانات المالية في نظام SAP وأدوات إعداد التقارير
  • إجراء محاكاة مالية وتكاليف أساسية للمبادرات الجديدة

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الاقتصاد أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في دور مالي مماثل، ويفضل في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG)
  • متحدث أصلي باللغة العربية مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
  • إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وPowerPoint وPowerBI
  • خبرة في SAP (يفضل)
  • سعودي الجنسية ومقيم في جدة

  • مهارات حل المشكلات مع عقلية تحليلية موجهة نحو النتائج وتعاونية
  • الحفاظ على العلاقات مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف
  • التعامل مع بيئات العمل عالية الضغط وتحقيق النتائج ضمن مواعيد نهائية ضيقة

What will you be doing at MBRF?


  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial forecasts and simulations (OTC, soft close)
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles (forecast, cycle plan)
  • Work closely with commercial teams to align on targets and financial outlook
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Analyze profitability by customer and product category (Customer P&L)
  • Support trade investment and G2N tracking through reports and dashboards
  • Maintain and update financial data in SAP and reporting tools
  • Run basic financial and cost simulations for new initiatives


What kind of profile are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance role; preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Native Arabic speaker with written and spoken English proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Saudi national based in Jeddah
