المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للصحة المهنية والعيادات المتنقلة، بما يشمل المعدات والأدوات والفحوصات الطبية الداخلية/الخارجية والجداول والأنشطة المتعلقة بالميزانية، وتقديم الإسعافات الأولية ودعم الموظفين المحتاجين إلى مساعدة طبية.
- تنسيق حالات التنويم ومتابعة تقدم الموظفين الصحي، والإشراف على الممرضين الخارجين والمقاولين لضمان مطابقة الخدمات للمعايير والسياسات والعقود المطلوبة.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة الصحة والسلامة والوقاية من الحوادث في مكان العمل، بما في ذلك التفتيش والحملات التوعوية والمسابقات والتواصل مع الموظفين، والمشاركة الفاعلة في اجتماعات ولجان ومبادرات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- إجراء تفتيش ميداني منتظم وتقييمات إرجونومية وملاحظات ميدانية، وتحديد الثغرات والمخاطر، ورفع النتائج واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية ومتابعتها حتى الإغلاق مع ملاك المناطق المعنيين.
- الحفاظ على سجلات يومية دقيقة للحالات الطبية والحوادث والإجراءات، وتحديث مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وسجل مؤشر السلامة، وتحليل اتجاهات الإجازات المرضية، وتقديم الوثائق المطلوبة للصحة المهنية للجهات المحلية.
- دعم تحقيقات الحوادث والوقائع، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات الوقائية/التصحيحية، وضمان حصول الموظفين على معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة (PPE) حسب أنشطتهم.
- تقديم وتنسيق تدريب الصحة والسلامة للموظفين والزوار، والحفاظ على مصفوفة التدريب، والتواصل الأسبوعي عبر محادثات Toolbox Talks، وتحديث خطة الطوارئ، وضمان تدريب الموظفين من خلال تمارين الطوارئ.
- دعم متطلبات نظام الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، بما في ذلك تنفيذ الإجراءات والسياسات، وصيانة الوثائق والشهادات، وتحديث السجلات والتدقيق، وتقديم المشورة الفنية في موضوعات الصحة المهنية، والمساهمة في إعداد/مراقبة الميزانية، وتقديم طلبات شراء السلع والخدمات اللازمة.
- الالتزام بالقواعد الذهبية لسلامة الغذاء في الشركة، وسياسة جودة وسلامة الغذاء (FSQ)، وممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP)، ومتطلبات النظافة الشخصية؛ والامتثال لإجراءات ولوائح سلامة الغذاء المعمول بها، وإكمال التدريب الإلزامي/التنشيطي لجودة وسلامة الغذاء (FSQ)، وحماية سلامة الغذاء والعميل، والإبلاغ عن أي تغييرات تتعلق بجودة وسلامة الغذاء أو أعمال مشبوهة أو مخاوف تتعلق بالدفاع عن الغذاء/الغش الغذائي عبر القنوات المطلوبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في التمريض العام مع رخصة مهنية سارية ومعتمدة من وزارة الصحة السعودية.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة بمتطلبات وزارة الصحة ووزارة العمل السعودية ذات الصلة بالصحة المهنية والسلامة في مكان العمل.
- إجادة اللغة العربية كلغة أم.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى مهني (Business Proficiency).
- الإقامة الحالية في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها، مع القدرة على التنقل إلى موقع العمل الذي يبعد حوالي ساعة أو أكثر من وسط جدة.
- التفرغ للعمل 6 أيام في الأسبوع، مع المرونة فيما يتعلق بساعات العمل حسب متطلبات التشغيل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط والتنسيق والمتابعة، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، والتحلي بالحيلة، والتعاون بفعالية مع فرق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والفرق التشغيلية.
- مهارات تواصل واثقة والقدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الموظفين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة من ثقافات وجنسيات مختلفة.
- إلمام جيد باستخدام حزمة MS Office، وخاصة Word وExcel وPowerPoint.
- فهم عملي للصحة المهنية، والسلامة في مكان العمل، والاستجابة للطوارئ، والوقاية من الحوادث، والإرجونوميا، ومراقبة صحة الموظفين.
- خبرة في مجال تصنيع الأغذية تعتبر ميزة إضافية، بالإضافة إلى الإلمام بممارسات سلامة الغذاء، وممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP)، والدفاع عن الغذاء، ومكافحة الغش الغذائي.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Manage day-to-day occupational health and ambulatory operations, including equipment, tools, internal/external medical examinations, schedules and budget-related activities; provide first aid and support employees requiring medical assistance
- Coordinate hospitalization cases and follow employees’ health progress, while supervising outsourced nurses and contractors to ensure services meet required standards, policies and contractual expectations
- Plan and implement workplace health, safety and accident-prevention activities, including inspections, campaigns, competitions and employee communications; actively participate in HSE meetings, committees and related initiatives
- Conduct regular field inspections, ergonomic assessments and workplace observations; identify gaps and risks, report findings, propose corrective actions and follow them through to closure with the relevant area owners
- Maintain accurate daily records of medical cases, incidents, accidents and actions; keep KPIs and Safety Index records up to date, analyze sick-leave trends and provide required Occupational Health documentation to local authorities
- Support incident and accident investigations, root-cause identification and preventive/corrective actions, while ensuring employees receive appropriate PPE based on their activities
- Deliver and coordinate Health & Safety training for employees and visitors, maintain the training matrix, communicate weekly Toolbox Talks, keep the Emergency Plan updated and ensure employees are trained through emergency drills
- Support HSE system requirements, including procedure and policy deployment, document and certificate maintenance, audit/record updates and technical advice on occupational health topics; contribute to budget preparation/control and submit purchase requests for required goods and services
- Follow the company’s Food Safety Golden Rules, FSQ Policy, Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Hygiene requirements; comply with applicable food-safety procedures and regulations, complete mandatory/refresher FSQ training, safeguard food integrity and customer safety, and report FSQ changes, suspicious acts or Food Defense/Food Fraud concerns through the required channels
- Diploma in General Nursing with a valid/approved Ministry of Health license
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of applicable Saudi Ministry of Health and Labor Law requirements related to occupational health and workplace safety
- Arabic: Native proficiency
- English: Business proficiency
- Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with the ability to commute to the work location approximately 1+ hour from central Jeddah
- Availability to work 6 days per week, with flexibility regarding working hours as required by the operation
- Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to work independently, stay resourceful and collaborate effectively across HSE and operational teams
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, contractors and stakeholders from different cultures and nationalities
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical understanding of occupational health, workplace safety, emergency response, accident prevention, ergonomics and employee health monitoring
- Food manufacturing experience is considered an advantage, along with familiarity with food safety, GMP, Food Defense and Food Fraud practices
