انضم إلى MBRF، إحدى أكبر شركات الأغذية العالمية، كمحلل أول للبنية التحتية التكنولوجية وتقنية التشغيل (Senior Technology & OT Infrastructure Analyst) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن دعم وتحسين البنية التحتية للتكنولوجيا والأتمتة عبر المصانع والعمليات التجارية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم وتحسين البنية التحتية للتكنولوجيا والأتمتة بشكل مستمر عبر المصانع والعمليات التجارية والإدارية.
  • إدارة واستكشاف أخطاء الشبكات والخوادم والاتصالات والمحاكاة الافتراضية وأنظمة المستخدم النهائي وتطبيقات الأعمال وخدمات السحابة/SaaS وبيئات التكنولوجيا الصناعية.
  • دعم تقنيات التشغيل بما في ذلك SCADA، الأتمتة، تكامل PLC، إنترنت الأشياء (IoT)، لوحات المعلومات، أنظمة CCTV/VMS وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول.
  • تحويل الاحتياجات التجارية والتشغيلية إلى حلول تقنية آمنة وعملية وقابلة للتوسع تتماشى مع معايير البنية التحتية والأمن السيبراني والتشغيل.
  • دعم مشاريع البنية التحتية بدءاً من التخطيط والتقييم التقني وصولاً إلى التنفيذ والاختبار والتسليم، بما في ذلك تقديم مدخلات لدراسة الجدوى والاستثمار عند الحاجة.
  • العمل عن كثب مع الموردين والشركاء التقنيين، وتنسيق الأنشطة الفنية وأداء الموردين والمخاطر وإجراءات المتابعة.
  • تحديد مخاطر البنية التحتية والأمن السيبراني ودورة الحياة، وقيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية ودفع فرص التحسين.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأصول تكنولوجيا المعلومات/تقنية التشغيل والبرمجيات والتراخيص ودورة الحياة، إلى جانب الوثائق الفنية والإجراءات ومواد الدعم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، الهندسة الكهربائية، الأتمتة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية في البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات/تقنية التشغيل، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئات التصنيع أو الصناعية أو متعددة المواقع.
  • فهم قوي للشبكات والخوادم والاتصالات والسحابة/SaaS وتطبيقات الأعمال، مع معرفة بالتقنيات الصناعية مثل SCADA والأتمتة وPLC وإنترنت الأشياء.
  • خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية واستكشاف الأخطاء التقنية والتنسيق مع الموردين.
  • مهارات متقدمة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.
  • الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة في تقنية المعلومات أو الشبكات أو السحابة أو الأمن السيبراني أو الأتمتة أو إدارة المشاريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

  • مهارات تعاون قوية والقدرة على العمل عبر فرق تقنية المعلومات والتصنيع والأعمال في بيئة دولية.
  • تنظيم ومتابعة جيدان، مع الاهتمام بالموثوقية والأمن والتحسين المستمر.

What will you be doing at MBRF?


  • Support and continuously improve technology and automation infrastructure across factories, corporate and commercial operations.
  • Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, telecom, virtualization, end-user systems, business applications, cloud/SaaS services and industrial technology environments.
  • Support operational technologies including SCADA, automation, PLC integrations, IoT, dashboards, CCTV/VMS and Access Control systems
  • Turn business and operational needs into secure, practical and scalable technology solutions aligned with architecture, cybersecurity and operational standards
  • Support infrastructure projects from planning and technical evaluation through implementation, testing and handover, including business case and investment inputs when needed
  • Work closely with vendors and technology partners, coordinating technical activities, supplier performance, risks and follow-up actions
  • Identify infrastructure, cybersecurity and lifecycle risks, lead root-cause analysis and drive improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate IT/OT asset, software, license and lifecycle records, together with technical documentation, procedures and support materials


What kind of profile are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in IT/OT infrastructure, ideally within manufacturing, industrial or multi-site environments
  • Solid understanding of networks, servers, telecom, cloud/SaaS and business applications, with exposure to industrial technologies such as SCADA, automation, PLC and IoT
  • Experience in infrastructure projects, technical troubleshooting and vendor coordination
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Based in Jeddah or open to relocating to Jeddah
  • Relevant certifications in IT, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, automation or project management are a plus
