Jobgether تعلن نيابة عن شريكها عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمسمى DevOps Administrator في المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى المساهمة في تشغيل وتطوير بنية تحتية تقنية موثوقة وآمنة وقابلة للتوسع في بيئة هندسية حديثة، مع العمل المباشر على أنظمة Linux والحاويات وKubernetes وCI/CD وأتمتة البنية التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف مشكلات البنية التحتية والتطبيقات وإصلاحها، والتحقيق في الحوادث، ودفع الحلول في الوقت المناسب مع الحفاظ على توثيق فني واضح.
- تكوين وتحسين عمليات المراقبة وإدارة الحوادث بالتعاون مع متخصصي المراقبة والفرق التقنية الأخرى.
- تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات النسخ الاحتياطي لتعزيز مرونة البنية التحتية ودعم استمرارية الأعمال.
- تطوير وصيانة عمليات النشر الآلي وحلول البنية التحتية كرمز (IaC) لتحسين الاتساق وقابلية التوسع والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- بناء تواصل وتعاون فعال بين الأقسام لتمكين المراقبة الآلية للخدمات الأساسية الحيوية.
- مراجعة والتحقق من دقة وجودة البيانات المعروضة في لوحات Grafana، وتحديد التناقضات ودعم التحسينات المستمرة.
- إدارة بنية VMware التحتية، بما في ذلك اختبار التطبيقات الجديدة من البائعين وتحسين الحلول الحالية.
- المساهمة في المعايير الفنية والتوثيق ومبادرات الأتمتة ومشاريع تحسين البنية التحتية.
الشروط والمتطلبات

Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, investigate incidents, and drive timely resolution while maintaining clear technical documentation.
- Configure and improve monitoring and incident-management processes in collaboration with monitoring specialists and other technical teams.
- Design and implement backup strategies that strengthen infrastructure resilience and support business continuity.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment processes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Build effective communication and collaboration between departments to enable automated monitoring of critical core services.
- Review and validate the accuracy and quality of data presented in Grafana dashboards, identifying discrepancies and supporting continuous improvements.
- Administer VMware infrastructure, including testing new vendor implementations and enhancing existing solutions.
- Contribute to technical standards, documentation, automation initiatives, and infrastructure optimization projects.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, particularly Red Hat and Oracle Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and advanced knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools and automated software delivery processes.
- Experience using Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Advanced Git skills and experience working effectively with version-controlled infrastructure and configuration.
- Strong monitoring expertise and an understanding of infrastructure observability and operational health.
