المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة أداء الشبكة وسلامتها باستخدام تقنيات Cisco ACI وF5، وتحديد المشكلات ومعالجتها بشكل استباقي عند ظهورها.
- تقديم الدعم من المستوى الأول للحوادث المتعلقة بالشبكة وطلبات الخدمة، وضمان الحل السريع مع تقليل التأثير على العمليات.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة لتسهيل نشر وإدارة تكوينات وسياسات الشبكة.
- تحليل حركة مرور الشبكة ومقاييس الأداء بانتظام لتعزيز وظائف النظام.
- توثيق عمليات الشبكة والحوادث والحلول لأغراض الامتثال والرجوع إليها مستقبلاً.
- دعم أمن الشبكة من خلال مراقبة ومعالجة التهديدات أو الثغرات المحتملة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأفضل الممارسات والاتجاهات والتقنيات المتعلقة بشبكات التطبيقات والمراقبة.
- مراقبة إنذارات البنية التحتية لأنظمة ACI وF5 بشكل نشط، وإجراء الإدارة الأولية للأعطال بما في ذلك العزل الأساسي والاستعادة والإشعارات. تسجيل المشكلات التي يتم تحديدها عبر المراقبة أو التي يتم الإبلاغ عنها من قبل فرق أخرى.
- المشاركة في أنشطة المعالجة وفقاً لإرشادات الدعم المعتمدة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs). إنشاء وتخصيص والمساعدة في حل حوادث المستوى الأول اليومية. توثيق أنواع الأعطال المعروفة في قاعدة المعرفة.
- الالتزام بجميع العمليات التشغيلية الأساسية، بما في ذلك إدارة الأعطال/الحوادث ومراقبة الأداء والتحكم في التغيير. مراقبة أداء الشبكة والمساعدة في استكشاف الأخطاء الأساسية في الشبكة وإصلاحها.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فريق أدوات المراقبة لتحسين وتحديد سياق إنذارات البنية التحتية. نقل المشكلات المعقدة ورفعها إلى مهندسي المستوى الثاني/الثالث لحلها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في مراقبة الشبكة أو أدوار الدعم، ويفضل أن تكون مع تقنيات Cisco ACI وF5.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام 8×5 وتقديم دعم عند الطلب (on-call).
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على اتباع الإجراءات المحددة (SOPs).
- مهارات تواصل جيدة لرفع المشكلات والتعاون مع الفرق.
- مهارات توثيق جيدة.
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ الشبكات وTCP/IP ووظائف توصيل التطبيقات.
- الإلمام بأدوات وخدمات مراقبة الشبكة.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها مع القدرة على تحليل وحل المشكلات التقنية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي للعمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح سعودي الجنسية.
- المؤهلات التفضيلية: خبرة مع موازنات التحميل وجدران الحماية وأدوات إدارة أداء التطبيقات. شهادة CCNA أو شهادة شبكات مماثلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية. معرفة بممارسات ITIL مفيدة. الرغبة في التعلم والتكيف مع التقنيات والمنهجيات الجديدة في مراقبة الشبكة.

Join our team at Müller's Solutions as a Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1) dedicated to supporting our network infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals and focuses on Providing foundational (L1) support for the SEC Data Center and Cloud Networks, with a specific focus on Cisco ACI and F5 load balancing technologies. This role operates on an 8x5 schedule with on-call responsibilities, focusing on monitoring, initial fault management, incident registration, and escalation to senior support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance and health of the network utilizing Cisco ACI and F5 technologies, proactively identifying and addressing issues as they arise
- Deliver first-level support for network-related incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on operations
- Work in collaboration with engineering teams to facilitate the deployment and management of network configurations and policies
- Regularly analyze network traffic and performance metrics to enhance system functionality
- Record network operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance purposes and future reference
- Support network security by monitoring and addressing potential threats or vulnerabilities
- Keep informed about best practices, trends, and technologies pertinent to application networking and monitoring
- Actively monitor infrastructure alarms for ACI and F5 systems, performing initial fault management, which includes basic isolation, restoration, and notifications. Log issues identified through monitoring or reported by other teams
- Engage in remediation activities according to established support guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Create, assign, and aid in the resolution of daily Level 1 incidents. Document known fault types in the knowledge base
- Adhere to all essential operational processes, including fault/incident management, performance monitoring, and change control. Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting basic network issues
- Collaborate closely with the monitoring tools team to optimize and contextualize infrastructure alarms. Communicate complex issues and escalate them to Level 2/3 engineers for resolution
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in network monitoring or support roles, preferably with Cisco ACI and F5 technologies
- Ability to work 8x5 and provide on-call support. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures (SOPs). Good communication skills for escalating issues and collaborating with teams. Good documentation skills
- Basic understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, and application delivery functionality
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and services
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Must be a Saudi National
- Experience with load balancers, firewalls, and application performance management tools
- CCNA or similar networking certification is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in network monitoring
