المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة مهام SAP Basis اليومية وتقديم الدعم الفني
- تثبيت وتكوين وترقية وصيانة أنظمة SAP
- إدارة بيئات SAP عبر بيئات التطوير وضمان الجودة والإنتاج
- مراقبة أداء أنظمة SAP وتحسينه
- إدارة نقل التغييرات باستخدام CTS/TMS
- إجراء نسخ وتحديث وترقية أنظمة SAP ونواة النظام
- إدارة المستخدمين والأدوار والصلاحيات والأمان الفني بالتنسيق مع فرق الأمان
- مراقبة صحة النظام والوظائف المجدولة (Jobs) والتفريغات (Dumps) والأقفال وسجلات النظام
- إدارة الوظائف الخلفية وجدولتها في SAP
- إدارة وقواعد بيانات أنظمة SAP ومراقبتها
- دعم بيئات SAP HANA
- إدارة مثيلات SAP (Instances) وعمليات العمل واتصالات RFC ومعلمات النظام
- إجراء عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة والتعافي من الكوارث
- تشخيص المشكلات التقنية والتنسيق مع فرق SAP الوظيفية والفنية
- دعم واجهات SAP والاتصال بالأنظمة الخارجية
- دعم تطبيقات وترحيلات وترقيات وتحولات SAP S/4HANA
- الحفاظ على الوثائق الفنية وإجراءات التشغيل
- تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء تنفيذ SAP والانتقال والتشغيل المباشر وما بعده
- التنسيق مع فرق البنية التحتية والسحابة والأمان والتطبيقات
- ضمان اتباع أنظمة SAP لمعايير الأمان والتوفر والأداء المناسبة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمستشار/مسؤول SAP Basis
- خبرة عملية قوية في إدارة SAP Basis
- خبرة مع بيئات SAP S/4HANA
- خبرة قوية في إدارة ومراقبة قواعد بيانات SAP HANA
- خبرة في تثبيت وتكوين وترقية SAP والتصحيحات وترقية النواة
- خبرة مع نظام إدارة النقل (TMS/CTS)
- خبرة في نسخ وتحديث وترحيل الأنظمة
- خبرة في مراقبة أداء SAP وتحري الأخطاء
- خبرة مع الوظائف الخلفية وسجلات النظام والتفريغات والأقفال وعمليات العمل في SAP
- خبرة في إدارة المستخدمين والأمان الفني في SAP
- خبرة مع RFC والاتصال وواجهات SAP
- خبرة في عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة في SAP
- مهارات تحليلية وتحري أخطاء قوية
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية
- خبرة في مجال السيارات مفضلة (مثل دعم بيئات SAP لشركات OEM أو الموزعين أو الوكلاء)
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة SAP Basis تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- خبرة قوية مع SAP S/4HANA و SAP HANA
- خبرة مع SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM تعتبر ميزة
- خبرة في الإدارة التقنية لـ SAP Fiori تعتبر إضافة
- خبرة في أمان وتفويضات SAP تعتبر ميزة

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to manage, maintain, monitor, and support SAP landscapes and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, SAP S/4HANA environments, system installations, upgrades, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, transport management, backup/recovery, and SAP system security.
Automotive industry experience is preferred, particularly candidates who have supported SAP environments for automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive-related organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day SAP Basis administration and technical support
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems
- Manage SAP landscapes across Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environments
- Perform SAP system monitoring and performance optimization
- Manage SAP transports using CTS/TMS
- Perform SAP system copies, refreshes, upgrades, patches, and kernel upgrades
- Manage SAP users, roles, authorizations, and technical security in coordination with security teams
- Monitor SAP system health, jobs, dumps, locks, and system logs
- Manage SAP background jobs and scheduling
- Perform database administration and monitoring for SAP systems
- Support SAP HANA database environments
- Manage SAP instances, work processes, RFC connections, and system parameters
- Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities
- Troubleshoot SAP technical issues and coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams
- Support SAP interfaces and connectivity with external systems
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, upgrades, and transformation projects
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Provide technical support during SAP implementation, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams
- Ensure SAP systems follow appropriate security, availability, and performance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant/Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
- Strong experience with SAP HANA database administration and monitoring
- Experience with SAP installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and kernel upgrades
- Experience with Transport Management System (TMS/CTS)
- Experience with system copies, refreshes, and migrations
- Experience with SAP performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Experience with SAP background jobs, system logs, dumps, locks, and work processes
- Experience with SAP user administration and technical security
- Experience with RFC, connectivity, and SAP interfaces
- Experience with SAP backup and recovery processes
- Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability concepts is preferred
- Experience with SAP cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or SAP BTP is an advantage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Automotive industry experience is preferred
- Experience supporting SAP landscapes for automotive OEMs, distributors, dealerships, or automotive service organizations is an advantage
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP environments within the automotive industry is preferred
- Experience with automotive SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformations is a plus
- SAP Basis certification is an advantage
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM is an advantage
- Experience with SAP Fiori technical administration is a plus
- Experience with SAP security and authorizations is an advantage
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with SAP high availability and disaster recovery
- Experience with SAP system migration and upgrade projects
- Experience in the GCC/Saudi market is a plus
