Requirements:

• Saudi nationality• Minimum one year of experience in a call center or customer service role

• Fluency in both Arabic and English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively within a teamKey

Responsibilities:

• Answering customers’ calls and inquiries professionally

• Handling complaints and resolving customer issues efficiently

• Following up on customer requests until resolution

• Providing accurate information about shipments and services

• Recording and updating customer interactions in the system

• Coordinating with relevant departments when necessary
