شركة DHL Express تبحث عن مشرف عمليات البوابة الجمركية (Gateway Operations Supervisor) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنظيم الورديات ومستويات التوظيف المناسبة لتلبية متطلبات العمل.
- ضمان استرجاع الشحنات الواردة وتفريغها وفحصها والإفراج عنها بأسرع وأكفأ صورة ممكنة.
- إدارة استلام وإيداع الشحنات الصادرة من العمليات المحلية لضمان المغادرة والشحن في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الفرز الدقيق والتحميل الأمثل لجميع الشحنات الواردة والصادرة.
- مراقبة أداء معالج الأرضيات وموفر المستودعات وإتمام جميع التقارير اللازمة.
- ضمان ممارسات وبيئة عمل آمنة أثناء الوردية.
- المشاركة في سياسات ومبادرات الجودة الخاصة بالبوابة، مثل ISO.
- تطوير ثقافة خدمة عالية الأداء داخل القسم الوظيفي، والتخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه لقسم فعال.
- تطوير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (IKOs/KPIs) مع أعضاء الفريق ومراقبة الأداء الفردي.
- إجراء تقييم الأداء.
- إدارة تخصيص الموارد المناسبة والتزام الموظفين بتحقيق الأهداف والمستهدفات العالمية والإقليمية والمحلية.
- تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية والفرص لتطوير قسم وظيفي عالي المهارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة وسيط جمركي أو ما يعادلها.
- فهم عميق لعمليات الجمارك والامتثال التجاري والأثر المالي (Business Acumen).
- الإلمام بقوانين الجمارك ولوائح دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والاتفاقيات التجارية الدولية.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع فرق الجمارك والفرق الداخلية (Stakeholder Management).
- القدرة على القيادة بدون سلطة مباشرة ودفع التغيير عبر الوظائف (Leadership & Influence).
- التفكير الاستراتيجي لمواءمة برامج الجمارك مع أهداف العمل والاستراتيجية الإقليمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

Overall Role Purpose
Supervise a gateway operations team on a rostered shift basis ensuring that shipments enter and exit the country in accordance with network procedures and transit time standards.
Your Tasks:
- Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
- Ensure incoming shipments are recovered, “break bulked”, inspected and cleared in the quickest, most efficient manner possible.
- Manage receipt and lodgment of outbound shipments from country operations to ensure timely departure and uplift.
- Ensure accurate sorting and optimum loading of all inbound & outbound shipments.
- Monitor ground handler and warehouse provider performance and complete all necessary reports.
- Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
- Participate in gateway quality policy and initiatives e.g. ISO.
- Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
- Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
- Consult performance appraisal.
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of customs operations, trade compliance, and financial impact.
- Regulatory Insight: Keeps current with customs laws, GCC regulations, and international trade agreements.
- Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships with customs teams and internal teams.
- Leadership & Influence: Leads without direct authority and drives change across functions.
- Strategic Thinking: Aligns customs programs with business objectives and regional strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Customs broker certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong Analytical skills
- Fluent in English, Arabic language is an added advantage.
