تقدم شركة Perfect Vision فرصة عمل لشغل وظيفة Senior Accountant في الدمام، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ المعاملات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك قيود اليومية والتسويات.
- ضمان تسجيل المعاملات المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد في دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية والجداول الداعمة والتقارير.
- التعاون مع مشرف المحاسبة الأول في التحليل المالي وتقييم الأداء.
- دعم أنشطة دفتر الأستاذ العام والمساعدة في إغلاقات نهاية الشهر والسنة.
- المشاركة في تسوية الحسابات والتحقق من صحة البيانات المالية.
- المساعدة في ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة الزكاة والمساهمة في إعداد إقرارات الزكاة.
- المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي لتحديد مجالات تحسين الرقابة المالية.
- إدارة ومراقبة أنشطة الحسابات الدائنة والمصروفات المكتبية وخصومات العملاء وفقاً للميزانيات المعتمدة وسياسات الشركة.
- التنسيق مع البنوك والجهات الحكومية والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لضمان سير العمليات المالية بسلاسة والامتثال التنظيمي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة محاسبية متقدمة لا تقل عن 4-5 سنوات.
- خبرة عملية في نظام Odoo ERP مفضلة بشدة.
- إتقان مبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية والضرائب.
- إتقان متقدم في Microsoft Excel.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.

Job Role: Senior Accountant
- Location: Dammam, KSA
- Execute day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Supervisor in financial analysis and performance evaluation.
- Support general ledger activities and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
- Participate in account reconciliation and validation of financial data.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Zakat regulations and contribute to the preparation of Zakat filings.
- Assist in internal audits to identify areas for improvement in financial controls.
- Manage and control accounts payable activities, office expenses, and customer discounts in line with approved budgets and company policies.
- Coordinate with banks, governmental bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
- Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
