شركة Perfect Vision المتخصصة في أجهزة التتبع المتصلة ومنصة إدارة الأسطول تبحث عن مهندس إنترنت الأشياء (IoT Engineer) للعمل في الدمام، السعودية. ستعمل كحلقة وصل بين الأجهزة الميدانية والمنصة التي تحول بياناتها إلى قيمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستكون الجسر بين أجهزة التتبع الميدانية والمنصة التي تحول بياناتها إلى قيمة. بصفتك مهندس إنترنت الأشياء (IoT)، ستصمم كيف تتصل آلاف الأجهزة وتتحقق من هويتها وتزوَّد وتنقل البيانات بشكل موثوق وآمن - لبناء طبقة الاتصال وخطوط أنابيب البيانات وأدوات إدارة الأسطول التي تحافظ على صحة أسطولنا المتصل على نطاق واسع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتشغيل طبقة الاتصال من الجهاز إلى السحابة باستخدام MQTT وخدمات إنترنت الأشياء السحابية (AWS IoT Core، Azure IoT Hub، أو ما يعادلها).
- بناء سير عمل تزويد الأجهزة وهوية الأجهزة وإدارة دورة الحياة/الأسطول لعدد كبير من الأجهزة.
- تطوير خطوط أنابيب استيعاب البيانات ومعالجتها لتغذية القياسات عن بعد إلى المنصة والتحليلات.
- تنفيذ أمن الأجهزة: TLS المتبادل، إدارة الشهادات/المفاتيح، والتأهيل الآمن.
- إنشاء منطق للحافة والسحابة للتحكم والأوامر، والتكوين عن بُعد، وتنسيق التحديثات عبر الهواء (OTA).
- مراقبة صحة الاتصال، بناء أدوات المراقبة والتنبيهات، وتقليل وقت تعطل الأجهزة.
- التعاون مع مهندسي الأنظمة المدمجة حول عقود البيانات ومع فرق البنية التحتية/المنصة حول واجهات برمجة التطبيقات والتخزين.
- تحسين استخدام بيانات الجوال والتكلفة وإدارة بطاقات SIM والاتصالات عبر الأسطول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة البرمجية/الإلكترونية أو ما يعادلها، مع 3+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة عملية مع منصة إنترنت الأشياء سحابية (AWS IoT، Azure IoT، Google Cloud IoT، أو ما يشابهها).
- فهم قوي لبروتوكولات إنترنت الأشياء (MQTT، HTTP؛ يُفضل معرفة CoAP) وأساسيات الشبكات.
- كفاءة في البرمجة بلغة Python أو Node.js أو Go أو Java للخدمات الخلفية/خدمات الحافة.
- فهم لأمن الأجهزة والشهادات وهوية الأجهزة.
- خبرة مع خطوط أنابيب البيانات أو قوائم انتظار الرسائل أو البث (مثل Kafka، Kinesis، Pub/Sub).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في إدارة الاتصالات الخلوية ونقاط الوصول (APNs) وأساطيل بطاقات SIM.
- البنية التحتية كرمز سحابي (Terraform) والحاويات (Docker/Kubernetes).
- الإلمام بقواعد البيانات الزمنية (Time-series) وتصور القياسات عن بُعد.
- عمل سابق مع بيانات التتبع عن بُعد أو السيارات أو تتبع الأصول.

About The Role
You will be the bridge between our telematics devices in the field and the platform that turns their data into value. Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate the device-to-cloud connectivity layer using MQTT, and cloud IoT services (AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, or equivalent).
- Build device provisioning, identity, and lifecycle/fleet-management workflows for large device populations.
- Develop ingestion pipelines and data processing that feed telemetry into our platform and analytics.
- Implement device security: mutual TLS, certificate/key management, and secure onboarding.
- Create edge and cloud logic for command-and-control, remote configuration, and OTA orchestration.
- Monitor connectivity health, build observability/alerting, and drive down device downtime.
- Partner with embedded engineers on data contracts and with backend/platform teams on APIs and storage.
- Optimise cellular data usage, cost, and SIM/connectivity management across the fleet.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with an IoT cloud platform (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, or similar).
- Strong grasp of IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP; CoAP a plus) and networking fundamentals.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java for backend/edge services.
- Understanding of device security, certificates, and identity management.
- Experience with data pipelines, message queues, or streaming (e.g. Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
- Experience managing cellular connectivity, APNs, and SIM fleets.
- Cloud infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with time-series databases and telemetry visualisation.
- Prior work with telematics, automotive, or asset-tracking data.
