Qiddiya Investment Company is shaping the future of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a talented Senior Manager - Construction to join our dynamic team. This key position involves overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.

As the Senior Manager, you will leverage your expertise to drive project success and foster collaboration among diverse teams, stakeholders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, coordinating activities to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Manage and mentor construction teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop construction schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented to senior management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to facilitate project execution.
• Drive initiatives to enhance safety practices and ensure adherence to quality standards across all construction activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 10-12 years relevant experience in construction management, particularly with large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction best practices, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools to track project progress.
• Experience in the Middle East construction industry is highly advantageous.
