المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في خطة تنفيذ المشروع، تعليمات التصميم، وطلبات العقد؛ إعداد خطط المشروع ووثائق متعددة التخصصات مثل أساس التصميم ونطاقات العمل الفرعية
- إدارة وتنسيق المدخلات والتسليمات متعددة التخصصات عبر مراكز تنفيذ متعددة بما في ذلك مراكز العمل والهندسة عالية القيمة
- العمل وفق نظام الجودة ومراقبة ومعالجة النواقص
- التأكد من تحديد ومعالجة قضايا الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة في التصميم والتصنيع والبناء والتشغيل
- تطوير إجراءات خاصة بالمشروع
- ضمان التزام التخصصات الهندسية بالعقد ونطاق العمل بدقة
- المسؤولية عن ضمان جودة التسليمات الهندسية قبل إصدارها للعميل
- رئاسة الاجتماعات الفنية مع أطراف ثالثة وإدارة القضايا الفنية حتى الإنجاز
- تخطيط أنشطة العمل الفردية وإدارة الوقت؛ التواصل مع التخصصات لضمان استلام التعليقات في الوقت المناسب
- المساهمة في خطة العمل، تحديد الأهداف، وعقد مراجعات منتظمة
- تحفيز المهندسين على التسليم وفق الجدول الزمني، فهم أسباب التأخير ودفع تطوير خطط التعافي
- حل معظم التأخيرات أو التغييرات وعدم تصعيد إلا المشكلات الأكثر خطورة
- إبراز وقياس التغييرات التي تؤثر على العمل، والقدرة على تنفيذ التغيير عند الموافقة
- الإشراف على عمل المتخصصين الفنيين في تسليم المخرجات الهندسية بما في ذلك مراجعة العمل
- تنسيق فريق متعدد التخصصات متوسط الحجم (عادة 10-50 فرداً)
- التواصل لتسهيل العمل؛ تحفيز الفريق وامتلاك موقف قوي وإيجابي واستباقي تجاه الحلول
- تصميم نظام الحماية الكاثودية لمشاريع النفط والغاز، تكرير الهيدروكربونات، المنشآت البحرية، التعدين والبتروكيماويات لمراحل التصميم المفاهيمي والتفصيلي
- إعداد رسومات ووثائق تصميم الحماية الكاثودية وفقاً لمعايير أرامكو السعودية وسابك ومعادن لخطوط الأنابيب والخزانات وأغلفة الآبار والمعدات المعدنية تحت الأرض داخل المصنع وغيرها
- إعداد بيان العمل، تقييم العروض الفنية والتجارية، طلب الشراء، مراجعة طلب الشراء، ووثائق المناقصة الأخرى المتعلقة بالحماية الكاثودية
- حضور اجتماع بدء التصميم مع العميل وعرض نهج تصميم الحماية الكاثودية للمشاريع الجديدة
- إعداد جدول زيارة الموقع وقوائم التفتيش
- مراجعة وفحص المخرجات الهندسية مقابل إجراءات الشركة ومعاييرها وقوائم التفتيش
- الإشراف على العمل الهندسي الذي ينتجه المبتدئون
- إجراء وتقديم تدريبات متعلقة بالعمل حسب الحاجة
- التنسيق مع جميع التخصصات في إعداد وتطوير المخرجات وضمان دمج مدخلات التخصصات الأخرى
- الخبرة في تصميم أنظمة الحماية الكاثودية البحرية وتقييم ومراقبة الحماية الكاثودية الحالية
- جمع بيانات الموقع المطلوبة لتصميم الحماية الكاثودية لأغلفة الآبار وتخفيف التيار المتردد وخطوط الأنابيب واستخدام أجهزة EM34/31
- إجراء جميع القياسات الميدانية المطلوبة لتصميم الحماية الكاثودية مثل بيانات الجهد للهياكل القائمة ومعلمات النظام الحالي وقياس التيار مع اتجاه التدفق
- اتباع جميع متطلبات السلامة وفقاً لسياسة الشركة
- القدرة على أداء التركيب والإشراف الميداني وبدء تشغيل نظام الحماية الكاثودية واختباره وتشغيله
- القدرة على قيادة وإدارة المشاريع والاجتماع مع العميل وإعداد العروض التقديمية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10+ سنوات في العمل على مشاريع أرامكو السعودية البرية والبحرية خاصة في شركات التصميم الاستشارية أو شركات GES+
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إعداد تصميم الحماية الكاثودية لأغلفة الآبار والخزانات وخطوط الأنابيب والأوعية مع الإلمام بمعايير أرامكو السعودية وسابك ومعادن للحماية الكاثودية
- معرفة متعمقة بمعايير AMPP
- خبرة عملية في استخدام جميع أنواع معدات مسح الحماية الكاثودية في الميدان مثل أجهزة قياس مقاومة التربة، قياس التيار، جمع بيانات الجهد AC وDC، وجمع معلمات تشغيل نظام الحماية الكاثودية
- معرفة أساسية بتشغيل MicroStation
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
- معرفة أساسية بإعداد تصميم الحماية الكاثودية
- امتلاك رخصة قيادة سعودية وخبرة في القيادة

- Supervises work of technical professionals in the delivery of engineering deliverables including checking work
- Coordinates medium sized interdisciplinary team (typically 10-50)
- Communicates to facilitate work effort; motivates team; strong, positive and active in solutions and proactive attitude
- Responsible for Cathodic Protection (CP) system design of Oil & Gas, hydrocarbon refinery, offshore, mining and Petrochemical Projects for FEED and detail design phases.
- CP design drawings and documents preparation as per Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Maaden standards for Pipelines, Tanks, Well casings, In plant underground metallic equipment’s, etc.
- To preparing SOW, TBE, TBC, MR, NMR review and other CP bidding related documentation.
- To attend pre-design KOM with client and present CP design approach for new projects.
- Prepare site visit agenda and check lists.
- Revise and check engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
- Supervise engineering work being produced by juniors.
- Conduct and provide trainings related to job as required.
- Coordinates with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensure that other disciplines input are incorporated.
- Having experience of offshore CP system design, existing CP assessment and monitoring.
- Collect site data required for cathodic protection design of well casing, AC mitigation and pipelines and EM34/31 usage.
- To perform all site measurement as required for CP design i.e. Potential data of existing structure, existing CP system parameters, current measurement with flow direction.
- Follow all safety requirements as per company policy.
- Capable to perform site installation and supervision, CP system start-up and testing commissioning.
- Self-capable of leading & handling projects, meeting with client, prepare presentation
- Having minimum 10+ Yrs. of experience of working in Saudi Aramco projects both onshore & offshore mainly in design consultancies or GES+ companies.
- Minimum 10 Yrs. Experience in CP Design preparation for Well casing, Tanks, Pipeline and vessels and well familiar with Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Maaden CP standards.
- Having in-depth knowledge of AMPP standard
- Having hands on experience of using al kind of CP survey equipment's on filed i.e. Soil resistivity meters, Current measurement, AC& DC potential data collection, CP system operating parameter collection.
- Basic knowledge of MicroStation operations
- Must be proficient in English; oral and written communication
- Should have basic knowledge on CP design preparation
- Should have Saudi driving license & driving experience
