تسعى شركة Wood، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات في قطاعي الطاقة والمواد، إلى توظيف خبير رئيسي في خطوط الأنابيب البرية (Onshore Pipeline Principal - SME) ليكون المرجع الفني الأعلى (Technical Authority) عبر مجموعة مشاريعها في الطاقة والنفط والغاز والتعدين والصناعة والبنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن خبير فني رئيسي يقدم القيادة الفنية طوال دورة حياة المشروع، بدءاً من العروض والدراسات المفاهيمية ودراسات التصميم الهندسي الأولي (FEED) والتصميم التفصيلي، ووصولاً إلى دعم الإنشاء والتشغيل. سيعمل المتقدم الناجح كأعلى سلطة فنية ضمن تخصصه، ويوفر الخبرة المتخصصة، ويضمن التميز الهندسي، ويعزز الحوكمة الفنية، ويسهم في تقديم حلول هندسية آمنة ومبتكرة وعالية الجودة. بالإضافة إلى دعم المشاريع، سيقوم الخبير بتوجيه الفرق الهندسية، ووضع المعايير الفنية والحفاظ عليها، ودعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، والمساهمة في ضمان الجودة الفنية، وبناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيادة الفنية لتسليم هندسة خطوط الأنابيب العابرة للبلدان (cross-country pipelines).
- العمل كسلطة فنية (Technical Authority) عبر مشاريع متعددة.
- قيادة المراجعات الفنية خلال مراحل التصميم المفاهيمي والهندسي الأولي (FEED) والتصميم التفصيلي.
- إجراء ضمان التصميم المستقل والمراجعات النظرية (peer reviews).
- حل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة وتقديم الإرشادات التخصصية.
- دعم العروض التجارية وورش العمل مع العملاء وأنشطة تطوير الأعمال.
- توجيه المهندسين وتطوير القدرات الفنية للفرق.
- تطوير المعايير الهندسية وأفضل الممارسات والحفاظ عليها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التخصص الهندسي ذي الصلة.
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على статус مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو مهندس محترف (Professional Engineer).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مشاريع النفط والغاز والطاقة والبتروكيماويات والتعدين أو المشاريع الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة كسلطة فنية (Technical Authority) أو كبير مهندسين (Chief Engineer) أو مستشار رئيسي (Principal Consultant) أو زميل هندسي (Engineering Fellow) أو ما يعادلها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة متعمقة في الهيدروليكية (Hydraulics) وسلامة خطوط الأنابيب (Pipeline integrity) والعبور (Crossings) ومعايير ASME B31.4 وB31.8 وقابلية الإنشاء (Constructability).
- إلمام قوي بالمعايير الهندسية ذات الصلة مثل ASME وAPI.
- سجل حافل في حل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة والتأثير على العملاء وتوجيه الفرق الهندسية وتحقيق التميز الفني في المشاريع الدولية الكبرى.

Job Description
We are seeking an Onshore Pipeline Principal - SME to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including proposals, concept studies, FEED, detailed engineering, construction support and commissioning. Acting as the highest level of technical authority within their discipline, the successful candidate will provide specialist expertise, ensure engineering excellence, strengthen technical governance and support the delivery of safe, innovative and high-quality engineering solutions.
In addition to supporting projects, the SME will mentor engineering teams, establish and maintain technical standards, support business development activities, contribute to technical assurance and build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the region.

- Act as the Technical Authority across multiple projects.
- Lead technical reviews during Concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
- Perform independent design assurance and peer reviews.
- Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide specialist guidance.
- Support proposals, client workshops and business development.
- Mentor engineers and develop technical capability.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
- Hydraulics, pipeline integrity, crossings, ASME B31.4/B31.8, constructability.
- ASME, API.
- A recognized industry expert with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges, influencing clients, mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence across major international projects.
