تعلن شركة Wood، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر وظيفة Procurement Specialist في الرياض (مع زيارات ميدانية متكررة).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتقييم خطط المشتريات، استمارات طلب المواد، وجداول المشتريات الخاصة بمقاول EPCM.
- دعم التقييم الفني لعروض الموردين بما يشمل جداول العطاءات (TBE)، عمليات اختيار الموردين، وتقييم العطاءات التجارية (CBE).
- مراجعة والتحقق من أوامر الشراء (POs) ووثائق الموردين واستراتيجيات اللوجستيات وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
- المشاركة في اختبارات القبول بالمصنع (FATs) وعمليات التفتيش على الموردين وأنشطة التعجيل.
- دعم إدارة العناصر طويلة الأمد وتتبع المعدات وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالموردين.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الهندسية لضمان دمج بيانات الموردين في مخرجات المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبدقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المشتريات.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- يفضل أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
- خبرة في واحد على الأقل من القطاعات التالية: التعدين، النفط والغاز، أو بيئات EPC/EPCM.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التعاقد الرئيسية مدعوماً بخبرة صناعية ذات صلة.
- إلمام جيد بشروط العقود ومبادئ المشتريات وعمليات التعاقد.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع فرق المشروع عبر التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة.
- وعي متين بإجراءات الشركة والمشاريع بالإضافة إلى هياكل وسياسات عقود العملاء.

Responsibilities
- Review and assess the EPCM contractor’s procurement plans, material requisitions, and procurement schedules.
- Support the technical evaluation of vendor proposals, including bid tabulations (TBE), vendor selection processes, and commercial bid evaluations (CBE).
- Review and validate purchase orders (POs), vendor documentation, logistics strategies, and quality assurance processes.
- Participate in factory acceptance tests (FATs), vendor inspections, and expediting activities.
- Support the management of long-lead items, equipment tracking, and resolution of vendor-related issues.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate integration of vendor data into project deliverables.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of key contracting principles, supported by relevant industry experience and exposure.
- Good understanding of contract terms, procurement principles, and contracting processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams and stakeholders.
- Solid awareness of corporate and project procedures, as well as client contract structures and policies.
- Experience within at least one of the following sectors: Mining, Oil & Gas, EPC, or EPCM environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
