تعلن شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب Civil SME (خبير مدني) في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح المختار بمثابة السلطة الفنية عبر مجموعة مشاريعنا في مجالات الطاقة والنفط والغاز والتعدين والصناعة والبنية التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة الفنية لتصميم الهندسة المدنية في المنشآت الصناعية.
- العمل كسلطة فنية (Technical Authority) للهندسة المدنية عبر مشاريع متعددة.
- يكون المرجع النهائي في التصميمات الهندسية المدنية المعقدة.
- امتلاك معرفة واسعة في الهندسة المدنية العامة، وتصميم المرافق تحت الأرض، والأعمال الترابية، وتصميم الطرق.
- حل المشكلات الفنية الحرجة وعالية المخاطر أثناء مرحلة التصميم.
- تدريب وتوجيه وإرشاد المهندسين المدنيين لرفع القدرات الفنية للفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الهندسة ذي الصلة.
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على صفة المهندس المعتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو المهندس المحترف (Professional Engineer).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مشاريع النفط والغاز، الطاقة، البتروكيماويات، التعدين، أو المشاريع الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في منصب سلطة فنية (Technical Authority)، أو كبير مهندسين (Chief Engineer)، أو مستشار رئيسي (Principal Consultant)، أو زميل هندسي (Engineering Fellow) أو ما يعادلها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة واسعة في الهندسة المدنية العامة.
- خبرة في تصميم المرافق تحت الأرض.
- خبرة في الأعمال الترابية وتصميم الطرق.
- القدرة على تقديم القيادة الفنية وحل المشكلات الحرجة.
- مهارات تدريب وتوجيه الفرق الهندسية.

Responsibilities
Role Purpose
- Provide technical leadership for civil engineering design on industrial facilities.
- Act as the Technical Authority for Civil Engineering across multiple projects.
- Serve as the final authority on complex civil engineering designs
- Has extensive knowledge in General Civil Engineering, Underground Utilities Design, Earthworks, Roads design
- Resolve critical, high-risk technical issues during the Design Phase
- Train, mentor, and guide civil engineers to elevate team technical capabilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
