نينجا 🥷🏽 تبحث عن مشرف شحن (Outbound Supervisor) للإشراف على عمليات المخازن الصادرة في مكة وجدة، السعودية، وضمان دقة وتوقيت عمليات الانتقاء والتوحيد والتجهيز والشحن.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات الشحن اليومية بما يشمل الانتقاء، التوحيد، التجهيز، التحميل، والشحن.
- توزيع القوى العاملة بناءً على حجم العمل وعدد الطلبات ومتطلبات المناوبة.
- مراقبة دقة الطلبات والإنتاجية والإنتاجية التراكمية والتأخير والشحن في الوقت المحدد.
- حل المشكلات التشغيلية والتناقضات في الشحن.
- التنسيق مع فرق المخزون والرقابة على المخزون والتوزيع والنقل وضمان الجودة.
- ضمان التعامل السليم مع المنتجات التالفة والمنتهية الصلاحية والحساسة لدرجة الحرارة.
- مراقبة حضور الفريق وأداءه والتزامه بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- إعداد تقارير المناوبة ومتابعة إجراءات تحسين الأداء.
- تحديد فرص تحسين عمليات المخازن وزيادة الإنتاجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في عمليات المخازن أو الشحن أو التلبية أو اللوجستيات أو التوزيع.
- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف أو قيادة فريق.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات المخازن الصادرة وتلبية الطلبات.
- خبرة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخازن (WMS) والأنظمة التشغيلية للمخازن.
- فهم جيد لمبادئ FIFO/FEFO ومراقبة المخزون وسلامة الغذاء وسلامة المخازن.
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة العمليات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية.
- مهارات اتصال فعالة.
- قدرة على حل المشكلات.
- مهارات التنسيق.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة مخازن عالية الحجم وسريعة الوتيرة.

We are looking for an Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily outbound warehouse operations and ensure orders are picked, consolidated, staged, and dispatched accurately and on time. The role will supervise the outbound team, manage manpower, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and safety standards.

- Supervise daily outbound operations, including picking, consolidation, staging, loading, and dispatch.
- Allocate manpower based on workload, order volume, and shift requirements.
- Monitor order accuracy, productivity, throughput, backlog, and on-time dispatch.
- Resolve operational issues and outbound discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Inventory, Stock Control, Distribution, Transportation, and QA teams.
- Ensure proper handling of damaged, expired, and temperature-sensitive products.
- Monitor team attendance, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
- Prepare shift reports and follow up on performance improvement actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, outbound, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes and order fulfillment.
- Experience with WMS and warehouse operational systems.
- Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
