تعلن شركة Ninja (نينجا) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف استلام (Inbound Supervisor) للإشراف على عمليات الاستلام في مركز توزيع البقالة سريع النمو بمدينتي مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط جدول الاستلام اليومي وتخصيص العمالة بناءً على وصول الشاحنات وحجم الاستلام الوارد.
- الإشراف على عمليات التفريغ والعد واستلام أمر الشراء (PO) في نظام إدارة المستودعات (WMS) وتسليم النقل إلى التخزين.
- ضمان إغلاق جميع سجلات الاستلام المفتوحة في نفس اليوم دون أي تراكم في نهاية المناوبة.
- فرض متطلبات سلسلة التبريد (Cold Chain) ونظام ما يدخل أولاً يخرج أولاً (FEFO) والتواريخ وصلاحية المنتجات ومعايير مراقبة الجودة عبر المنتجات المحيطة والمبردة والمجمدة والطازجة.
- قيادة وتدريب وتطوير فريق الاستلام مع مراقبة الإنتاجية والأداء الفردي.
- التنسيق مع أقسام التخطيط والتجارة والموردين لضمان عمليات استلام سلسة.
- مراقبة أحجام الاستلام والإنتاجية وسجلات الاستلام المفتوحة.
- تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية المتكررة ودعم تحسين العمليات والأنظمة.
- الحفاظ على حضور قوي على أرض المستودع وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات ومعايير المستودع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو اللوجستيات أو الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة.
- 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات المستودعات، تشمل سنتين أو أكثر من الإشراف على فريق استلام/داخل (Receiving/Inbound).
- خبرة في قطاع البقالة أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) أو التجزئة أو توزيع الأغذية، ويفضل مع التعامل بدرجات حرارة متعددة.
- خبرة عملية في نظام إدارة المستودعات (WMS) تشمل الاستلام وأوامر الشراء وإشعارات الشحن المسبقة (ASN) والتخزين (Putaway).
- مهارات قوية في برنامج Microsoft Excel.
- معرفة متينة بسلامة الأغذية وسلسلة التبريد ومراقبة تواريخ الصلاحية.
- قدرة مثبتة على إدارة الأفراد وحضور قوي على أرض المستودع.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- الاستعداد للعمل في المناوبات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وفترات الذروة الموسمية.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Inbound Supervisor to lead and oversee the receiving operation of a fast-growing grocery distribution center.
In this role, you will lead a team of Team Leaders and Receiving Officers, manage the flow of goods from supplier arrival through receiving and putaway handover, and ensure that every receipt is processed accurately, safely, and within the required timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 2+ years supervising a receiving/inbound team.
Experience in Grocery, FMCG, Retail, or Food Distribution, preferably with multi-temperature handling.
Hands-on experience with WMS, including receiving, PO/ASN, and putaway.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Solid knowledge of Food Safety, Cold Chain, and Expiry Control.
Proven people management and strong warehouse floor presence.
English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.

- Enforce cold chain, FEFO, expiry, and quality control requirements across ambient, chilled, frozen, and fresh products.
- Lead, train, and develop the receiving team while monitoring individual productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with Planning, Commercial, and Suppliers to ensure smooth inbound operations.
- Monitor inbound volumes, productivity, and open receipts.
- Identify recurring operational issues and support process and system improvements.
- Maintain strong floor presence and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and standards
