نبذة عن الوظيفة

العمل كمهندس خدمات ميدانية لتنفيذ أنشطة التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل في موقع العميل أو في مشاريع Hitachi Energy المتعلقة بمنتجات المحولات (Transformers) وأجهزة ضبط الجهد (OLTC)، بما في ذلك محولات الطرف الثالث إذا كان ذلك مناسبًا وبموافقة إدارة Hitachi Energy.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المشاركة الفعالة في أنشطة الموقع وزيارة مواقع العملاء لتركيب واختبار وتشغيل محولات Hitachi والمعدات الأخرى حسب ما يحدده المدير المباشر.
  • التنسيق مع إدارة الأدوات والعناية بأدوات المحولات، وترتيب واستخدام معدات واختبارات PGSV الخاصة بشركة Hitachi Energy بشكل صحيح لتنفيذ أنشطة الموقع لتركيب واختبار وتشغيل منتجات PGSV والحماية والتحكم.
  • إكمال أعمال تركيب المحولات وتجميع حجرات المحولات، وأعمال التصنيع البسيطة إذا لزم الأمر، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح أعطال منتجات Hitachi Energy القابلة للإصلاح في موقع العميل، واقتراح خطة العمل إذا كان الإصلاح بحاجة إلى التنفيذ في مصنع أو ورشة Hitachi Energy.
  • دعم أنشطة خدمة PGSV في الموقع أو في مكان عمل العميل، وتعلم وتشغيل معدات الاختبار المستخدمة لاختبار وصيانة المحولات في الموقع أو مقر العميل أو مكان عمل Hitachi Energy.
  • العمل مع فريق إدارة المشاريع في مختلف المشاريع حسب الحاجة مع الامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات مدير المشروع والانضباط وفقًا لتوجيهات مدير المشروع أو أنظمة موقع العميل.
  • قيادة المقاول أو المقاول الفرعي أثناء تنفيذ العمل والتنسيق مع العميل والدعم المكتبي لتوفير أي موارد مطلوبة لإكمال المهمة. الحصول على توقيع العميل على شهادات الإنجاز المؤقتة (PAC) أو جداول الوقت بعد إتمام المهمة لاستخدامها في إصدار الفواتير للعميل.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير الموقع وخطط النشاط ومتطلبات الموارد ومشاركتها مع مدير المشروع أو المدير المباشر أو المشرف.
  • اتباع قوانين ولوائح الشركة وإظهار السلوك الحسن في المكتب والموقع، والإبلاغ عن أي حادث يتعلق بالسلامة أو النزاهة إلى المدير المباشر أو المشرف أو مدير المشروع. تطبيق القيمة في النشاط اليومي أو المهمة.
  • إعداد وتقديم جداول الوقت الأسبوعية والشهرية وتقرير المصروفات وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة في الوقت المناسب، وإعداد إذن السفر قبل بدء السفر إلى الموقع أو المهمة.
  • المسؤولية عن ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية الخارجية والداخلية المعمول بها.
  • تجسيد القيم الأساسية لشركة Hitachi Energy المتمثلة في السلامة والنزاهة، مما يعني تحمل المسؤولية عن أفعالك مع الاهتمام بزملائك والعمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية مطلوبة.
  • خبرة سابقة من 3-4 سنوات في منتجات المحولات وأجهزة ضبط الجهد (OLTC)، والمعدات الكهربائية، والحماية والتحكم، ومراقبة المحولات وأجهزة القياس الخاصة بالمحولات و OLTC.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثًا وكتابة.

The opportunity

Working as Field Service Engineer to execute the installation testing and commissioning activities at customer site or Hitachi Energy projects related to the Transformer and OLTC products, including third party Transformers if applicable and authorized by Hitachi Energy management.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Active participation in site activities and visiting the customer site for Installation testing and commissioning of Hitachi transformers and other equipment as and when required or assigned by the line manager.
  • Coordinate/interface with tools management department and take care of transformers tools, arrange and properly use Hitachi Energy PGSV test equipment and tools to execute site activities for PGSV Products installation, testing and commissioning, protection and control.
  • Complete transformer installation and transformer compartment assembly work, minor fabrications if required, trouble shooting and rectification of Hitachi Energy products defect workable at customer site and advise the action plan if the repair work need to be carried out in Hitachi Energy factory or workshop. Supports the work activities of PGSV Service at site, or at customer workplace.
  • Learn and perform the test equipment operation used for transformer product testing and maintenance work at site, customer premises or Hitachi Energy workplace.
  • Work with Project Management team on various project as and when required with full compliance of PM requirement and maintain discipline advise by the PM or customer site regulations.
  • Lead the contractor or sub-contractor during job execution and coordinate with customer and back-office support for any resources requirements to complete the job. Get the PAC or time sheets signed by the customer after completion of assigned task that can be used to invoice the customer.
  • Prepare and provide site reports, activity plans and resource requirements and share them with the PM, line manager or supervisor.
  • Follow the company rules and regulations, display good behavior at office and at site, any safety or integrity incident should be reported to line manager, supervisor or project Manager. Implement value in day-to-day activity or task.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly time sheet, expanse report as per company guideline in timely manner, prepare travel authorization prior to start the travelling for site or deployment.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Previous experience of 3-4 years in transformer and OLTC products, electrical equipment, protection and control, monitoring of transformers and measuring devices for transformer and OLTC.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
