جهة غير معلنة في منطقة الرياض تبحث عن Finance Manager للانضمام إلى فريقها في بيئة مهنية تركز على النزاهة والمساءلة والنمو المستدام. يشغل هذا المنصب بدوام كامل وحضور مكتبي، حيث سيقود العمليات المالية اليومية ويدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات المالية اليومية بما في ذلك إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية وإدارة التدفقات النقدية والتقارير المالية.
- إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية وضمان الامتثال للوائح ذات العلاقة والسياسات الداخلية.
- التنسيق مع المراجعين الخارجيين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تحليل الأداء المالي وتحديد الانحرافات واقتراح إجراءات لتحسين الربحية وكفاءة التكاليف.
- إدارة فريق المالية وتحسين الضوابط الداخلية.
- دعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي والمساهمة في القرارات التجارية الرئيسية من خلال رؤى تعتمد على البيانات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية والتخطيط المالي مع القدرة على تفسير وعرض البيانات المالية بوضوح.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير التقارير المالية والمبادئ المحاسبية والامتثال التنظيمي في المنطقة.
- إتقان استخدام البرامج المالية وأنظمة ERP، بالإضافة إلى مهارات متقدمة في أدوات جداول البيانات وتحليل البيانات.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتطوير فرق المالية وإدارة التعاون بين الأقسام وبناء علاقات فعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة وحل المشكلات ومهارات تنظيمية مع مستوى عالٍ من الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات المهنية مثل CPA، CMA أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة سابقة كمدير مالي أو في دور مالي أول مماثل، ويفضل في منطقة الرياض أو أسواق مشابهة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إتقان اللغة العربية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role, preferably within the Riyadh Region or comparable markets.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
