.Role Description The NESNED Helper | مُساند is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah, providing non-medical support and companionship to clients in a variety of settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include accompanying clients to hospitals or appointments, offering companionship to elderly individuals at home or in care facilities, and providing assistance during events and personal occasions. The helper is expected to follow NESNED’s guidelines for safety, confidentiality, and respectful conduct, while maintaining clear communication with clients and the NESNED team. The role involves observing clients’ needs, responding calmly and responsibly, and ensuring a positive, supportive presence at all times. Helpers may also assist with simple, non-clinical tasks such as guiding clients, helping with basic mobility, and coordinating schedules or logistics as neede

• s Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and familie
• s.Demonstrated empathy, patience, and emotional maturity when working with elderly individuals, patients, and people in sensitive situation
• s.Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, respect for confidentiality, and adherence to NESNED policies and safety standard
• s.Ability to work on-site in Jiddah, with flexibility to support clients in hospitals, homes, and event venue
• s.Basic organizational and time-management skills to coordinate appointments, visits, and support schedule
• s.Fluency in Arabic; basic English communication skills are an advantag
• e.Previous experience in caregiving, customer service, social work, or volunteering in support roles is preferred but not require
• d.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving or social services is a plu
