.Role Description The مساند | NESNED Helper is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah. In this role, the helper provides non-medical support and companionship, including accompanying clients to medical and personal appointments, assisting older adults with daily activities, and offering presence and support during family, social, or community events. Day-to-day tasks may involve coordinating schedules with clients, following specific instructions from clients or their families, ensuring safe and respectful interactions, and maintaining clear communication with the NESNED team. The helper is expected to be punctual, dependable, and professional, while demonstrating empathy, discretion, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to interact effectively and respectfully with clients and their families
• .Candidates should possess reliability, time management, and organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and on-site commitments
• .Candidates should possess empathy, patience, and client service skills to support older adults and individuals who may need extra assistance or reassurance
• .Candidates should possess basic problem-solving and situational awareness skills to respond appropriately to changing needs and unexpected situations
• .Ability to work on-site in Jiddah with flexible hours when needed, including evenings or weekends depending on client requirements
• .Basic proficiency in Arabic; English language skills are an advantage
• .Previous experience in caregiving, customer service, hospitality, or community support is beneficial but not mandatory
