تعلن شركة Talent Diamond بالنيابة عن عميلها، وهي شركة رائدة في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة والمشروبات في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة Demand & Supply Planner للانضمام إلى فريق سلسلة التوريد في المدينة المنورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع وتحليل التوقعات الإقليمية، وتوقعات المبيعات، وسعة المستودعات، والمخزون المتاح، والطاقة الإنتاجية.
- إجراء تحليل دقيق للتنبؤ على مستوى SKU لتحسين دقة تخطيط الطلب.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لتخطيط الطلب والعرض، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- مراجعة اتجاهات المبيعات وتحديد المحركات الرئيسية للطلب عبر المنتجات والمجموعات.
- إعداد تنبؤات إحصائية لدعم عملية التنبؤ بالمبيعات.
- تطوير خطط الإنتاج بناءً على توفر المخزون، والطاقة، والطلب، واتجاهات المبيعات الفعلية.
- تخطيط احتياجات المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف مع مراعاة مستويات المخزون، وسعة المستودعات، ومدة الصلاحية، والتكلفة.
- التنسيق مع المشتريات والموردين لضمان توفر المواد لأحجام الإنتاج المطلوبة.
- إعداد خطط التوريد والتوزيع للحفاظ على توازن المخزون وتقليل النقص، والمخزون الزائد، والمخزون الراكد.
- الحفاظ على مستويات مثلى للمخزون للسلع التامة الصنع والمواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف.
- ضمان دقة وثائق التخطيط وسجلات النظام وتحديثها.
- التنسيق الوثيق بين فرق التجارة والخدمات اللوجستية والمشتريات والمستودعات والفنية فيما يتعلق بالكميات ومتطلبات التوريد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو التسويق، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
- خبرة عملية في تخطيط الطلب والعرض (Demand and Supply Planning).
- معرفة قوية بعمليات سلسلة التوريد.
- معرفة قوية بنظام SAP، خاصة وحدات DSP/APO.
- فهم جيد لتخطيط الإنتاج، وتخطيط المواد، وإدارة المخزون.
- يفضل خبرة في البيئات عالية الإنتاج والتوزيع كالمشروبات، والمواد الغذائية المصنعة، والسلع الاستهلاكية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية.

Our client, a leading FMCG and beverage company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Madinah.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time and cost. The role will focus on demand forecasting, production planning, material planning, inventory optimization, and supply/dispatch planning across warehouses and branches in Saudi Arabia.

Candidates with experience in FMCG, beverages, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or high-volume distribution environments will be highly considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time and cost. The role will focus on demand forecasting, production planning, material planning, inventory optimization, and supply/dispatch planning across warehouses and branches in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze regional forecasts, sales forecasts, warehouse capacity, available stock, and production capacity.
- Conduct detailed SKU-level forecast analysis to improve demand planning accuracy.
- Monitor DSP KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Review sales trends and identify key demand drivers across products and product groups.
- Prepare statistical forecasts to support the sales forecasting process.
- Develop production plans based on stock availability, capacity, demand, and actual sales trends.
- Plan raw and packaging material requirements while considering stock levels, warehouse capacity, shelf life, and cost.
- Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure material availability for required production volumes.
- Prepare supply and dispatch plans to maintain stock balance and minimize shortages, excess stock, and aging inventory.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Ensure planning documentation and system records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate closely between Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, and Technical teams regarding volumes and supply requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience in Demand and Supply Planning.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
- Strong SAP knowledge, particularly DSP/APO.
- Good understanding of production planning, material planning, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English.
