شركة AECOM، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة **Senior Electrical Engineer** في موقعها بمنطقة تبوك ضبا، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أجزاء محددة ومعتدلة من المهام الهندسية ضمن نطاق مسؤوليات مهندس ذي خبرة.
- جمع وربط البيانات الهندسية الأساسية باستخدام إجراءات محددة ومعتمدة.
- العمل على مهام هندسية تفصيلية تشمل إجراء الحسابات والاختبارات البسيطة.
- اقتراح نهج لحل المشكلات الجديدة باستخدام تعديلات على الإجراءات القياسية أو الأساليب المطورة في مهام سابقة.
- تحديد التناقضات في النتائج وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد الفني للمهندسين المبتدئين في المفاهيم التقنية وأفضل الممارسات.
- إنجاز العمل وفقاً للميزانية والجدول الزمني المتفق عليه مع إشراف محدود.
- تنفيذ جميع المهام اللازمة لإكمال عناصر التصميم الرئيسية بشكل مستقل.
- إعداد وصيانة وثائق فنية شاملة تشمل مواصفات التصميم والحسابات وتقارير الاختبار.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (إدارة المشاريع، التصنيع، ضمان الجودة) لضمان جدوى التصميم والامتثال للمعايير.
- إجراء مراجعات التصميم واختبارات ضمان الجودة للتحقق من أداء النظام وموثوقيته.
- مواكبة التقنيات الناشئة والاتجاهات الحديثة لدفع عجلة التحسين المستمر في العمليات الهندسية.
- نقل النتائج والتوصيات الفنية إلى أصحاب المصلحة والإدارة العليا.
- يتطلب هذا المستوى خبرة تطويرية سابقة في منصب مهني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
**المتطلبات الأساسية:** • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة. • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ المشاريع الكهربائية. • خبرة عمل مثبتة في المملكة العربية السعودية (3 سنوات كحد أدنى) مع معرفة بالمعايير الكهربائية المحلية وأنظمة الكودات. • رخصة مهندس محترف (PE) أو شهادة معادلة. • قدرة مثبتة على قيادة وتوجيه المهندسين المبتدئين. • إدارة قوية للمشاريع والميزانيات. • مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على عرض المعلومات الفنية لمختلف الأطراف. **المؤهلات المفضلة:** • درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة. • خبرة ممتدة في مشاريع صناعية أو بنية تحتية واسعة النطاق في منطقة الشرق الأوسط. • الإلمام بالمعايير السعودية (SASO) ومعايير دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (GCC) للكهرباء. • خبرة بالمعايير الكهربائية الدولية (IEC، IEEE، NEC). • شهادة في إدارة المشاريع (PMP) أو ما يعادلها. • خبرة في أنظمة الطاقة المتجددة أو تقنيات الشبكات الذكية. • معرفة بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في السياق السعودي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان متقدم لبرامج التصميم الكهربائي وأدوات CAD.
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية، توزيع الطاقة، أنظمة التحكم، والتطبيقات الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة في حسابات التصميم، التحليل الفني، والنمذجة الهندسية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التوثيق الفني وكتابة التقارير.
- القدرة على تقديم الإرشاد الفني والتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع والميزانيات بكفاءة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة لعرض المعلومات الفنية لجميع الأطراف المعنية.

Job Description
- Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
- Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
- Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
- Identifies discrepancies in results and implements corrective actions.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to entry level engineers on technical concepts and best practices.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
- Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, calculations, and test reports.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including project managers, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
- Conducts design reviews and quality assurance testing to verify system performance and reliability.
- Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and methodologies.
- Communicates technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in electrical engineering design, development, and project execution
- Proven work experience in Saudi Arabia (minimum 3 years) with demonstrated knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Advanced proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and industrial applications
- Demonstrated expertise in design calculations, technical analysis, and system modeling
- Excellent technical documentation and report writing skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineering staff
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical information to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Extended experience working on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects in the Middle East region
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian Standards (SASO) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) electrical standards
- Experience with international electrical codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC)
- Certification in project management (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience with renewable energy systems or smart grid technologies
- Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and best practices in the Saudi Arabian context
