Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. The General Manager oversees overall business operations, including strategic planning, project execution, financial performance, and resource allocation. This role involves directing project teams, managing client relationships, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and driving continuous improvement in processes and services. The General Manager is responsible for setting performance goals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality expectations. The role also includes collaboration with senior leadership on business development initiatives and long-term growth plans.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing operations or projects in the oil and gas or general contracting sector.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management to oversee company performance.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, delegate effectively, and build collaborative work environments.
• Experience with project management methodologies, scheduling, and resource planning in complex projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to oil and gas and construction activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Al Khobar and adapt to a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
