Job Title: Facility Management

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, safety, and service delivery to ensure buildings and facilities operate efficiently and meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Control facility-related costs and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure the availability and quality of cleaning, security, and other facility services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 Experience in facility management and maintenance operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
