تتولى شركة The Career Nest التوظيف لهذا المنصب. نبحث عن موظف استقبال لمطعم راقي في الخبر (المنطقة الشرقية) بأجواء مستوحاة من الريفييرا الفرنسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة قائمة الانتظار والحجوزات والمشاوير وتوزيع الجلوس بسلاسة لضمان شعور كل ضيف بالترحيب.
  • التواصل الفعال: استقبال الضيوف بحرارة والتفاعل الشخصي المهني عبر الهاتف، وأخذ طلبات المشروبات الأولية أثناء توجيه الضيوف إلى طاولاتهم.
  • تنظيم قائمة الضيوف بدقة، بناء ملفات تعريفية مفصلة للضيوف، والحفاظ على منطقة الاستقبال نظيفة ومرتبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • لا يشترط خبرة سابقة؛ الشخصية والدفء والجاذبية الطبيعية هي الأهم.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة الحجوزات في قطاع الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
  • السمات: أناقة، رباطة جأش، تنظيم عالي، والقدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء والتوازن في أوقات الزحام.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً شرط أساسي. إجادة العربية أو الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.

About the Opportunity We are exclusively partnering with an exquisite, casual neighbourhood dining destination in Al Khobar where French Riviera spirit meets everyday city life. Known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and executing simple things beautifully, this concept is looking for a polished Receptionist to act as the ultimate gatekeeper of the guest experience.

The Role As the first point of contact, you are the face of the restaurant. You will manage reservations, warmly welcome and farewell guests, and ensure the flow of the dining room feels effortless from the moment the doors open. By seamlessly optimizing the seating plan, you will play a direct role in the restaurant's daily performance and atmosphere.

Your Profile & Experience

  • Experience: No prior experience is required-your personality, warmth, and natural charm matter most. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems is a plus.
  • Traits: Elegant, poised, and highly organized. You maintain composure and balance even when the room is full and the pace is fast.
  • Language: English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional language skills such as Arabic or French are a genuine advantage.


Core Responsibilities

  • Reservation Flow: Manage the waitlist, bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements with ease, ensuring every guest feels expected and the room's momentum stays consistent.
  • Proactive Communication: Deliver warm in-person interactions and clear, professional phone etiquette. You anticipate needs naturally, such as taking initial drink orders while guiding guests to their tables.
  • Organization & Profiling: Keep the guest list accurate, actively build detailed guest profiles, and maintain an immaculate reception area at all times.
