تعلن The Career Nest عن فرصة وظيفية متميزة للانضمام إلى مطعم راقي يجمع بين روح الريفييرا الفرنسية وحياة المدينة اليومية في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، كمضيف/مضيفة استقبال (Receptionist). الراتب 6,000 ريال سعودي شهرياً.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نتعاون حصرياً مع وجهة طعام راقية غير رسمية في الخبر، حيث تلتقي روح الريفييرا الفرنسية بحياة المدينة اليومية. يُعرف المطعم بطعامه الاستثنائي وكرم الضيافة الدافئ، ويسعى إلى توظيف مضيف/مضيفة استقبال أنيق ليكون البوابة الأولى لتجربة الضيوف. ستكون المسؤول عن الحجوزات والترحيب بالضيوف وتوديعهم، وضمان انسيابية قاعة الطعام بسلاسة منذ لحظة فتح الأبواب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة قائمة الانتظار والحجوزات وترتيبات الجلوس بسهولة، لضمان شعور كل ضيف بالترحيب والحفاظ على وتيرة العمل في القاعة.
- التواصل الاستباقي: تقديم تفاعلات شخصية دافئة وآداب هاتفية واضحة ومهنية. توقع احتياجات الضيوف بشكل طبيعي، مثل أخذ طلبات المشروبات الأولية أثناء توجيههم إلى طاولاتهم.
- تنظيم وملف الضيوف: الحفاظ على دقة قائمة الضيوف، وبناء ملفات تعريف مفصلة للضيوف، والحفاظ على منطقة الاستقبال نظيفة ومرتبة طوال الوقت.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- لا يشترط خبرة سابقة - الشخصية والدفء والسحر الطبيعي هي الأهم.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الحجز في قطاع الضيافة يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- صفات: أنيق، رزين، ومنظم للغاية. القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء والتوازن حتى عند امتلاء القاعة وزيادة وتيرة العمل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث) إلزامية. مهارات إضافية مثل العربية أو الفرنسية تعتبر ميزة حقيقية.

Your Profile & Experience
- Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Department: Front of House (Reporting to the Restaurant Manager)
- Compensation: 6,000 SAR Monthly

Your Profile & Experience
- Experience: No prior experience is required-your personality, warmth, and natural charm matter most. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems is a plus.
- Traits: Elegant, poised, and highly organized. You maintain composure and balance even when the room is full and the pace is fast.
- Language: English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional language skills such as Arabic or French are a genuine advantage.
- Reservation Flow: Manage the waitlist, bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements with ease, ensuring every guest feels expected and the room's momentum stays consistent.
- Proactive Communication: Deliver warm in-person interactions and clear, professional phone etiquette. You anticipate needs naturally, such as taking initial drink orders while guiding guests to their tables.
- Organization & Profiling: Keep the guest list accurate, actively build detailed guest profiles, and maintain an immaculate reception area at all times.
