شركة The Career Nest تعلن عن وظيفة Receptionist في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. الوظيفة دائمة بدوام كامل في قسم الاستقبال (Front of House) تحت إدارة مدير المطعم. الراتب 6,000 ريال سعودي شهرياً.

نحن نتعاون حصرياً مع وجهة طعام راقية في الخبر تجمع بين روح الريفييرا الفرنسية والحياة اليومية في المدينة. تشتهر بالطعام الاستثنائي والضيافة الدافئة وتنفيذ الأمور البسيطة بشكل جميل. تبحث هذه الوجهة عن موظف استقبال أنيق ليكون حارس تجربة الضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة قائمة الانتظار والحجوزات والضيوف الوافدين وترتيبات الجلوس بسهولة، مع ضمان شعور كل ضيف بأنه مرحب به والحفاظ على استمرارية حركة الصالة.
- التواصل الاستباقي: تقديم تفاعلات شخصية دافئة ولغة هاتفية مهنية وواضحة. توقع الاحتياجات بشكل طبيعي، مثل أخذ طلبات المشروبات الأولية أثناء توجيه الضيوف إلى طاولاتهم.
- التنظيم وبناء ملفات الضيوف: الحفاظ على دقة قائمة الضيوف، وبناء ملفات مفصلة للضيوف، والحفاظ على منطقة الاستقبال نظيفة تماماً في جميع الأوقات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- لا يشترط خبرة سابقة - الشخصية والدفء والجاذبية الطبيعية هي الأهم.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً) شرط أساسي.
- معرفة بأنظمة الحجوزات في مجال الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أناقة وثقة وتنظيم عالي. تحافظ على هدوئك حتى في الأوقات المزدحمة.
- اللباقة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي. توقع الاحتياجات بشكل طبيعي.
- اللغة العربية أو الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.

By seamlessly optimizing the seating plan, you will play a direct role in the restaurant's daily performance and atmosphere.
Your Profile & Experience
- Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Department: Front of House (Reporting to the Restaurant Manager)
- Compensation: 6,000 SAR Monthly

Your Profile & Experience
- Experience: No prior experience is required-your personality, warmth, and natural charm matter most. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems is a plus.
- Traits: Elegant, poised, and highly organized. You maintain composure and balance even when the room is full and the pace is fast.
- Language: English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional language skills such as Arabic or French are a genuine advantage.
- Reservation Flow: Manage the waitlist, bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements with ease, ensuring every guest feels expected and the room's momentum stays consistent.
- Proactive Communication: Deliver warm in-person interactions and clear, professional phone etiquette. You anticipate needs naturally, such as taking initial drink orders while guiding guests to their tables.
- Organization & Profiling: Keep the guest list accurate, actively build detailed guest profiles, and maintain an immaculate reception area at all times.
