تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) عن توفر وظيفة ممرض/ة مسجل/ة (IFV Registered Nurse) في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المسؤول عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة تُحدث تحولاً في حياة المرضى من خلال ممارسات قائمة على الأدلة الممتازة في بيئة سريرية. يشمل الدور تقييم المشكلات الصحية والاحتياجات، وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط الرعاية التمريضية، والحفاظ على السجلات الطبية. يعمل الممرض/ة المسجل/ة عن كثب مع الأطباء والممرضين الآخرين والمختصين الصحيين لضمان الرعاية المثلى والنتائج المرجوة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة لصحة المريض تشمل الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المريض وبالتعاون مع المختصين الصحيين الآخرين.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب وصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
- تقديم الرعاية للجروح بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
- مساعدة الأطباء والمختصين الصحيين أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والاختبارات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المرضى بما في ذلك التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوكيات والإبلاغ عن أي تغييرات مهمة للفريق الطبي.
- الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة وتقديم الرعاية الفورية حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء جولات هادفة للمرضى لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم ومنع المضاعفات وتحسين جودة الرعاية.
- الالتزام بمعايير صارمة لمكافحة العدوى تشمل نظافة اليدين واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية والتعامل السليم مع المواد الخطرة.
- المشاركة في مراقبة العدوى والإبلاغ عنها للمساعدة في منع العدوى المكتسبة داخل المنشأة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة أدوات ومعدات المرضى وفقاً لسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- اتباع البروتوكولات المعتمدة لحالات الطوارئ المختلفة (مثل رموز الإنعاش وفريق الاستجابة السريعة) لضمان سلامة المرضى والاستجابة الفعالة.
- الابتكار في رعاية المرضى وتطبيق الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة لتحسين النتائج.
- المحافظة على سجلات رعاية مرضى دقيقة ومفصلة تشمل الملاحظات والتدخلات والاستجابات.
- التواصل بفعالية مع المرضى والعائلات والفريق الصحي لضمان رعاية منسقة وشاملة.
- التعاون مع المختصين الصحيين الآخرين لضمان استمرارية الرعاية وتكاملها.
- تقديم الدعم العاطفي للمرضى وعائلاتهم ومعالجة المخاوف وتقديم الطمأنة في الأوقات العصيبة.
- الدفاع عن احتياجات المرضى وتفضيلاتهم وضمان احترام حقوقهم وإسماع صوتهم.
- المشاركة في التعليم والتدريب المستمر للبقاء على اطلاع بالممارسات الطبية والتطورات.
- احترام الخلفيات الثقافية المتنوعة ودمج قيم المريض ومعتقداته في تخطيط الرعاية.
- الإشراف على عمل الموظفين المبتدئين وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة.
- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات يشمل الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
- تحديد ومعالجة القضايا أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في الحلول والتحسينات في الممارسة.
- أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر من خلال: أداء المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، الامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، إكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحيته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة (أو أقل من سنة للممرضين المقيمين الخريجين من فقيه الذين سيلتحقون ببرنامج الإقامة التمريضية).
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، وتعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- رخص/شهادات: رخصة من بلد المنشأ، رخصة ممارسة من الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA)، بالإضافة إلى دورات BLS و ACLS وغيرها من دورات دعم الحياة المتقدم حسب الاقتضاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تعامل ممتازة وروح الخدمة.
- القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل ومهارات العمل الجماعي.
- مهارات الحاسوب (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، طباعة وغيرها).
- مهارات كتابية (إعداد جداول الأعمال وتسجيل محاضر الاجتماعات، مسح المستندات وغيرها).

- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
- Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care

- Minimum of one year of clinical experience
- RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)
