تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي بصريات (Optometrist) في كل من مكة وجدة، السعودية، بهدف تقديم خدمات العناية بالعين المتكاملة بما في ذلك فحص الرؤية والتشخيص ووصف النظارات والعدسات اللاصقة، مع المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتعزيز تجربة المرضى ودعم عمليات المتجر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات شاملة للعين واختبارات الرؤية.
- تشخيص مشاكل البصر وتحديد الحلول المناسبة.
- إعداد وصفات دقيقة للنظارات والعدسات اللاصقة.
- إجراء تركيب العدسات اللاصقة ومتابعة التقييمات.
- تثقيف المرضى حول العناية بالعدسات اللاصقة واستخدامها وسلامتها.
- مراقبة تكيف المريض وإدارة المخاوف ذات الصلة.
- تحليل نتائج الاختبارات وتقديم توصيات العلاج.
- ضمان معايير عالية من الدقة السريرية وسلامة المرضى.
- الحفاظ على التوثيق المناسب وسجلات المرضى.
- دعم عملية التحويل من خلال التوصية بالعدسات والترقيات المناسبة.
- العمل مع فريق المبيعات لتحويل الوصفات إلى مبيعات.
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المتجر وتقليل الوصفات المفقودة.
- تقديم تجربة رعاية صحية مهنية وموثوقة.
- بناء ثقة المريض وعلاقات طويلة الأمد.
- التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى المرضى بفعالية.
- دعم وتوجيه الفريق بشأن الوصفات وأساسيات العناية بالعين.
- تدريب الموظفين على معرفة المنتجات والمواضيع المتعلقة بالرؤية.
- التعاون مع فريق المتجر لتحسين الأداء العام.
- صيانة وضمان عمل الأجهزة السريرية بشكل سليم.
- مراقبة صلاحية العدسات التجريبية وسلامتها وقابليتها للاستخدام.
- ضمان امتثال منطقة العيادة لمعايير النظافة والسلامة.
- اتباع جميع السياسات السريرية والتنظيمية والشركة.
- الحفاظ على الممارسة الأخلاقية والنهج الذي يركز على المريض أولاً.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) ومعايير الرعاية الصحية.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات سريرية وتشخيصية قوية.
- فهم جيد للمنتجات البصرية وعملية البيع.
- القدرة على الموازنة بين الرعاية السريرية والوعي التجاري.
- مهارات تواصل واستشارة قوية مع المرضى.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بتقديم رعاية عالية الجودة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في البصريات.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية شفوياً وكتابياً.
- ترخيص ساري من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests.
- Diagnose visual problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Develop accurate prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.
- Conduct contact lens fitting and follow-up assessments.
- Educate patients on contact lenses care, usage, and safety.
- Monitor patient adaptation and manage related concerns.
- Analyze test results and provide treatment recommendations.
- Ensure high standards of clinical accuracy and patient safety.
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
- Support conversion by recommending appropriate lenses and upgrades.
- Work with sales team to close prescriptions into sales.
- Contribute to achieving store targets and reducing lost prescriptions.
- Deliver a professional and trusted healthcare experience.
- Build patient confidence and long-term relationships.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints effectively.
- Support and guide team on prescriptions and eye care basics.
- Train staff in product knowledge and vision-related topics.
- Collaborate with store team to improve overall performance.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of clinical instruments.
- Monitor trial lenses for validity, safety, and usability.
- Ensure clinic area is compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow all clinical, regulatory, and company policies.
- Maintain ethical practice and patient-first approach.
- Ensure compliance with SCFHS and healthcare standards.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of optical products and sales process.
- Ability to balance clinical care with commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
- 1-4 years’ experience in related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in optometry.
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
