تعلن مجموعة مغربي الصحية (Magrabi Health) عن توفر وظيفة فني بصريات (Optometric Technician) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال المرضى وأخذ التاريخ الطبي والعيني.
- إجراء الفحوصات الأولية، بما في ذلك قياس حدة البصر، رؤية الألوان، إدراك العمق، وفحص المجال البصري.
- إجراء قياس ضغط العين (tonometry) وتوسيع حدقة العين حسب التوجيهات.
- تشغيل أجهزة العيون مثل أجهزة قياس الانكسار التلقائي (autorefractors)، عدسات القياس (lensometers)، المصباح الشقي (slit lamps)، وأجهزة التصوير المقطعي البصري (OCT).
- إجراء الاختبارات التشخيصية المساعدة للعيون، بما في ذلك التصوير المقطعي البصري (OCT)، تضاريس القرنية (corneal topography)، تصوير قاع العين (fundus photography)، وتحليل المجال البصري، مع ضمان جودة الصورة والتوثيق السليم.
- المساعدة في إجراءات تصحيح النظر، بما في ذلك التقييمات قبل وبعد العمليات الجراحية لـ LASIK و PRK وغيرها من جراحات تصحيح النظر؛ تجهيز المرضى، أخذ القياسات، ودعم فريق الرعاية طوال سير العمل.
- مساعدة أطباء العيون أثناء الفحوصات والإجراءات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمرضى باستخدام أنظمة السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية (EHR).
- جدولة المواعيد ودعم تدفق المرضى.
- تعقيم ومعايرة وحل مشكلات الأجهزة السريرية بانتظام.
- التنسيق مع أطباء العيون بخصوص المرضى الخاضعين لإجراءات تصحيح النظر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في البصريات (optometry/optics) أو ما يعادله.
- رخصة سارية المفعول من وزارة الصحة السعودية كفني بصريات (optometry/optics technician).
- لا حاجة لخبرة سريرية سابقة - سيتم توفير التدريب الكامل.
- اهتمام قوي بطب العيون ورعاية العين، مع رغبة في التعلم في بيئة مركز جراحي.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على التواصل بوضوح وتعاطف مع المرضى.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والقدرة على اتباع البروتوكولات السريرية بدقة.
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة جراحية سريعة الخطى وذات حجم كبير.
- إلمام أساسي بالحاسوب والرغبة في تعلم برامج السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية (EHR/EMR).
- سلوك مهني، موثوقية، وروح فريق قوية.
- القدرة على الوقوف لفترات طويلة والمساعدة في وضعية المرضى حسب الحاجة.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and obtain medical and ocular history.
- Perform preliminary tests, including visual acuity, color vision, depth perception, and visual field testing.
- Conduct tonometry and pupil dilation as directed.
- Operate ophthalmic equipment, including autorefractors, lensometers, slit lamps, and OCT machines.
- Perform and acquire ophthalmic ancillary diagnostic tests, including Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), corneal topography, fundus photography, and visual field analysis, ensuring image quality and proper documentation.
- Assist in refractive procedures, including pre- and post-operative assessments for LASIK, PRK, and other refractive surgeries; prepare patients, obtain measurements, and support the care team throughout the procedure workflow.
- Assist ophthalmologists during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
- Schedule appointments and support patient flow.
- Sanitize, calibrate, and troubleshoot clinical equipment regularly.
- Coordinate with ophthalmologists regarding patients undergoing refractive procedures.
Qualification
- Diploma of optometry/ Optics or Equivalent
- Valid Saudi MOH license as an optometry/ Optics technician
- No prior clinical experience necessary - full training will be provided
- Strong interest in ophthalmology and eye care, with eagerness to learn in a surgical center environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
- High attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn EHR/EMR software
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a strong team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient positioning as needed
