تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة مشرف متجر (Store Supervisor) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، بهدف إدارة عمليات المتجر بالكامل ودفع أداء المبيعات وتجربة العملاء والتميز التشغيلي مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحقيق أهداف مبيعات المتجر وتحسين معدل التحويل ومتوسط قيمة المعاملة (ATV).
- تنفيذ العروض الترويجية ومتابعة المبيعات اليومية.
- تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن إيرادات المتجر ونتائجه.
- ضمان تقديم معايير خدمة عملاء ممتازة.
- معالجة شكاوى العملاء وضمان حلها.
- بناء علاقات مع العملاء ودعم الاحتفاظ بهم.
- الإشراف على فريق المتجر وتوجيه أدائهم اليومي.
- ضمان الجدولة المناسبة والتغطية والإنتاجية.
- تقديم التدريب العملي (on-floor coaching) ودعم تطوير الفريق.
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للمتجر (الفتح، الإغلاق، الجاهزية).
- ضمان نظافة المتجر وعرض المنتجات ومعايير العلامة التجارية.
- التعامل مع الصيانة والمشكلات التشغيلية واحتياجات المتجر.
- ضمان توفر المنتجات ودقة المخزون.
- مراقبة الأصناف سريعة/بطيئة الحركة والإبلاغ عن الفجوات.
- الحفاظ على معايير العرض والتسويق المناسبة.
- ضمان دقة الفواتير واستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- مراقبة معاملات التأمين والامتثال.
- منع الأخطاء أو سوء الاستخدام أو انتهاكات السياسات.
- مراقبة نفقات المتجر وضمان كفاءة التكلفة.
- ضمان التعامل النقدي السليم ودقة الإغلاق اليومي.
- تتبع الطلبات المعلقة وتقليل المبيعات غير المسلمة.
- تقديم تقارير عن أداء المتجر والمخاطر والمشكلات إلى مدير المنطقة.
- التنسيق مع أقسام التسويق والعمليات والتجارة.
- ضمان إعداد التقارير في الوقت المناسب وبالدقة.
- ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
- الحفاظ على معايير السلامة والتنظيم والتشغيل.
- القدوة في الاحترافية والانضباط.
- ضمان تنفيذ بنود إجراءات SVR الموكلة في الوقت المحدد، ودعم الحفاظ على امتثال المتجر للمعايير التشغيلية والخدمية المطلوبة.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في عمليات التجزئة أو البصريات.
- درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل في تخصص البصريات أو مجال ذي صلة).
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في المبيعات وإدارة المتجر.
- القدرة على قيادة فرق صغيرة وتحفيز الأداء.
- فهم جيد لنظام نقاط البيع (POS) والتأمين وعمليات المتجر.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة.

- Achieve store sales targets and improve conversion & ATV.
- Execute promotions and ensure daily sales follow-up.
- Act as store owner accountable for revenue and results.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
- Build customer relationships and support retention.
- Supervise and guide store team on daily performance.
- Ensure proper scheduling, coverage, and productivity.
- Provide on-floor coaching and support team development.
- Manage daily store operations (opening, closing, readiness).
- Ensure store cleanliness, display, and brand standards.
- Handle maintenance, operational issues, and store needs.
- Ensure product availability and stock accuracy.
- Monitor fast/slow-moving items and report gaps.
- Maintain proper display and merchandising standards.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and POS usage.
- Monitor insurance transactions and compliance.
- Prevent errors, misuse, or policy violations.
- Monitor store expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily closing accuracy.
- Track pending orders and reduce undelivered sales.
- Report on store performance, risks, and issues to Area Manager.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Act as role model in professionalism and discipline.
- Ensure assigned SVR action items are executed on time, and support maintaining store compliance with required operational and service standards.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong sales and store management skills.
- Ability to lead small teams and drive performance.
- Good understanding of POS, insurance, and store operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- 3-5 years in retail/optical operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (Optics or related preferred).
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
