تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية (منطقة مكة المكرمة) عن توفر وظيفة ممرض/ممرضة قانوني (Registered Nurse) مسؤول عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة قائمة على الأدلة للمرضى في بيئة سريرية، مع التركيز على تحسين حياة المرضى من خلال ممارسات سريرية ممتازة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة لصحة المريض، بما في ذلك الفحوصات الجسدية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المريض وبالتعاون مع فريق الرعاية الصحية.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب وصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية.
- العناية بالجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
- مساعدة الأطباء والمختصين أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
- تثقيف المرضى وعوائلهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والتدابير الوقائية.

- التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات (أطباء ومعالجين وأخصائيين اجتماعيين) لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
- تحديد ومعالجة المشاكل أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في الحلول والتحسينات.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى تُكلف بها من مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والبحث الاستباقي عن أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة، الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة، الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية، إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة. (في حال الخبرة أقل من سنة يتم الالتحاق ببرنامج إقامة الممرضين - خاص بخريجي فقيه).
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).
- رخصة مزاولة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة من هيئة التنظيم الصحي المحلية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادة BLS، و ACLS، ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات شخصية ممتازة وروح الخدمة.
- القدرة على إدارة ضغوط العمل ومهارات العمل الجماعي.
- مهارات حاسوبية (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, طباعة وغيرها).

- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
