تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة مدير مختبر - العقم (Lab Manager - INFERTILITY) في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
أداء الإجراءات والتقنيات الروتينية والمتخصصة في تقنيات الإنجاب المساعد (ART) تحت إشراف الطبيب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء تقنيات مختبر الإنجاب المساعد الأساسية (ART).
- إجراء استرجاع البويضات (Oocyte retrieval/pick-ups).
- إزالة خلايا كومولوس من البويضات (إزالة الخلايا الركامية).
- تخصيب البويضات بالطرق المعتمدة (التلقيح الاصطناعي التقليدي - IVF، الحقن المجهري - ICSI) حسب الحالة.
- أداء تقنيات زراعة الأجنة.
- إجراء الحقن المجهري (ICSI).
- تقييم تطور الأجنة وتسجيل النتائج بشكل منظم وشامل.
- نقل الأجنة (ET) ونقل الأجنة في مرحلة النوى الملقحة إلى قناة فالوب (PROST).
- حفظ الأجنة بالتبريد (Cryopreservation).
- إذابة الأجنة (Thawing).
- تحضير الأنابيب والأطباق ووسائط النقل للحالات اليومية.
- طلب مستلزمات المختبر والمحافظة عليها (الكواشف ومستلزمات مختبر أطفال الأنابيب).
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية إن أمكن.
- أداء مهام أخرى يُكلَّف بها ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، ويشمل ذلك: أداء المهام وفق قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، الامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، إكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل انتهاء صلاحية الشهادة بشرط شهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال مختبر أطفال الأنابيب (IVF Laboratory).
- تدريب موثَّق يتضمن إجراء 60 إجراءً على الأقل من إجراءات تقنيات الإنجاب المساعد (ART) تحت الإشراف، مع مراعاة المقابلة والتقييم.
- الحصول على ما لا يقل عن 20-30 ساعة تعليم مستمر معتمدة سنويًا في مجال ART أو الممارسة المخبرية السريرية.
- إجراء 20 إجراءً على الأقل من إجراءات تقنيات الإنجاب المساعد سنويًا.
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في التقنية الطبية أو ما يعادلها.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- ترخيص لمزاولة المهنة من الجهة الصحية التنظيمية (مثل SCFHS / DHA).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات الحاسب الآلي (Computer skills).

Description
Job Purpose:

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or equivalent.
Language
Fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
Job Purpose:
Perform routine and specialized assisted reproductive technology procedures and techniques under the direction of the physician.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs basic ART laboratory techniques.
- Performs oocyte retrieval/pick-ups.
- Removal of cumulus cells from oocytes (Oocyte denudation).
- Fertilizes oocytes through recognized methods available (Conventional IVF, ICSI) as the case may require, through the acceptable forms.
- Performs embryo culture techniques.
- Performs Infra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
- Evaluates embryo development and records results in a good comprehensive order.
- Performs embryo transfers (ET) and Pro nuclear Stage Tubal Transfer (PROST).
- Embryo cryopreservation.
- Embryo thawing.
- Prepares tubes, dishes and transfer media for the daily cases.
- Requisition and maintenance of reagents and other IVF laboratory supplies.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
Computer skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in the field of IVF Laboratory.
- Have documented training, which includes performing at least 60 ART procedures under supervision subject to interview and evaluation.
- Obtain at least 20 - 30 hours of accredited continuing education annually in ART or clinical laboratory practice.
- Performed at least 20 ART procedures per year
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or equivalent.
Language
Fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
