شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف (Supervisor) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق من مطوري التطبيقات المحمولة، وتعزيز بيئة تعاونية ومبتكرة.
- توزيع المهام، تحديد أهداف واضحة، وإجراء تقييمات أداء دورية لضمان إنتاجية الفريق ونموه.
- تشجيع التعلم المستمر وتبني أفضل الممارسات في تطوير التطبيقات المحمولة.
- الإشراف على تصميم وتطوير ونشر التطبيقات المحمولة عبر المنصات (iOS, Android).
- ضمان بناء التطبيقات بكود عالي الجودة واتباع أفضل الممارسات للأمان والأداء وقابلية التوسع.
- المشاركة في البرمجة العملية وحل المشكلات التقنية عند الحاجة.
- التعاون مع مدراء المنتجات ومصممي UI/UX وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتحديد نطاق المشروع والجداول الزمنية والتسليمات.
- إدارة دورة حياة تطوير التطبيقات المحمولة من المفهوم إلى النشر، وضمان إنجاز المشاريع بنجاح وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع ووضع استراتيجيات للتخفيف منها لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني بشأن تقنيات وأطر وأدوات تطوير التطبيقات المحمولة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات وأدوات وتقنيات تطوير التطبيقات المحمولة ودمجها في عملية التطوير.
- استكشاف المشكلات التقنية المعقدة المتعلقة بتطوير التطبيقات المحمولة وحلها.
- تنفيذ وفرض عمليات ضمان الجودة، بما في ذلك مراجعات الكود والاختبار الآلي وخطوط CI/CD.
- ضمان خضوع جميع التطبيقات المحمولة لاختبارات شاملة واستيفائها لمعايير الأداء والأمان وسهولة الاستخدام.
- مراقبة أداء التطبيق وملاحظات المستخدمين لتحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ التحديثات اللازمة.
- التعاون مع مصممي UI/UX لضمان تقديم التطبيقات المحمولة تجربة مستخدم بديهية وجذابة.
- دمج ملاحظات المستخدمين واختبارات قابلية الاستخدام في عملية التطوير لتحسين واجهة المستخدم ووظائفه باستمرار.
- دفع التحسين المستمر لعمليات التطوير والأدوات والمنهجيات لتعزيز كفاءة الفريق وجودة المنتج.
- الدعوة لاعتماد منهجيات Agile وممارسات DevOps لتسريع تسليم التطبيقات المحمولة وتحسين سير العمل.
- إدارة وتقليل الديون التقنية، مع ضمان أن تكون التطبيقات المحمولة قابلة للصيانة وقابلة للتوسع.
- تعزيز التواصل والتعاون بين مطوري التطبيقات المحمولة والمصممين وفرق العمل متعددة التخصصات.
- تقديم تحديثات منتظمة لأصحاب المصلحة حول تقدم المشروع والتحديات والحلول.
- تسهيل مشاركة المعرفة داخل الفريق والمساهمة في مجتمع التطوير الأوسع داخل المؤسسة.
- ضمان توثيق شامل لبنية التطبيقات المحمولة وتصميمها وعمليات التطوير.
- الحفاظ على الوثائق الفنية وتحديثها لتعكس التغييرات والتحسينات على التطبيقات المحمولة.
- مهام أخرى تُحدد ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تطوير التطبيقات المحمولة (iOS و Android).
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- شهادة من الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- المرونة في ساعات العمل، وقد يتطلب العمل خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع لتلبية مواعيد تسليم المشاريع أو احتياجات العملاء.
- يتطلب السفر إلى مواقع مختلفة حسب الحاجة لدعم تنفيذ المشاريع وحضور اجتماعات العملاء والأنشطة التجارية الأخرى.
- مواءمة جميع القرارات والاستراتيجيات مع قيادة الشركة قبل التنفيذ.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة واسعة في استخدام أنظمة قواعد البيانات مثل Oracle، SQL، MySQL، MongoDB.
- خبرة عملية في التطوير باستخدام Xcode، Android، Java، Flutter.
- خبرة عملية واسعة في استخدام Figma وأدوات تصميم الواجهات الأخرى.
- خبرة في تطوير تطبيقات محمولة خاصة بالرعاية الصحية، متكاملة مع أنظمة المستشفيات (HIS)، السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (EMR/EHR)، أو أنظمة المختبرات (LIS)، أو الأنظمة السريرية الأخرى.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

- Assign tasks, set clear goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team productivity and growth.
- Encourage continuous learning and the adoption of best practices in mobile development.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications across platforms (iOS, Android).
- Ensure that applications are built with high-quality code, following best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in hands-on coding and technical problem-solving as needed.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage the mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and direction on mobile development technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mobile app development.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ensure that all mobile applications undergo thorough testing and meet high standards for performance, security, and usability.
- Monitor app performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that mobile applications deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience.
- Incorporate user feedback and usability testing into the development process to continually enhance the app’s user interface and functionality.
