تعلن شركة MARCO عن حاجتها إلى رسام كهرباء (BIM) للعمل في الرياض، حيث سيتولى إعداد الرسومات الهندسية ورسومات حسب التنفيذ باستخدام أنظمة BIM.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد الرسومات الهندسية حسب توجيهات المهندس الأول.
- إكمال رسومات حسب التنفيذ (as-built).
- إعداد الرسومات الهندسية وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة.
- ضمان دقة الرسومات وحسن عرضها وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
- تنفيذ جميع أنشطة CAD وفقاً لمتطلبات خطة إدارة المشروع.
- ضمان أرشفة الوثائق الهندسية واستخدام أحدث إصداراتها.
- مراجعة الرسومات والتأكد من اتباع معايير BIM، ودعم المهندسين وفرق الموقع بمتطلبات الرسم الفنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في استخدام Revit MEP وAutoCAD وNavisworks في صناعة تشييد المباني.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية.
- إعداد رسومات المحل (shop drawings) ورسومات حسب التنفيذ (as-built drawings).
- التنسيق الفعّال مع تخصصات MEP المختلفة.

Job Summary
- To prepare engineering drawings as directed by the Senior Engineer.
- To complete as-built drawings.
- Prepare engineering drawings in accordance with the company’s procedure.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, well presented and on time
- Perform all CAD activities to the requirements stated in Project Management Plan.
- Ensure engineering documentation is filed and is of the latest revision.
- Review drawings, ensure BIM standards are followed, and support engineers/site teams with technical drafting requirements.
Qualification / Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years experience using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks in the building construction industry
- Ability to read engineering drawings, prepare shop/as-built drawings, and coordinate effectively with MEP disciplines.
