تسعى شركة Lenovo، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا والتي تبلغ إيراداتها 83 مليار دولار أمريكي، إلى توظيف قائد فريق عمليات لوجستية (Logistics Operations Team Leader) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور المسؤولية التشغيلية العالمية مع التركيز على عمليات موقع السعودية، وإدارة أداء الناقلين، وضمان تنفيذ الشحنات ذات الأولوية بسلاسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة حركة الشحنات العالمية الواردة يوميًا مع التركيز التشغيلي على شحنات موقع المملكة العربية السعودية.
- تتبع أداء الناقلين للشحنات الواردة والصادرة (التسليم في الوقت المحدد، أوقات العبور، معدلات القبول) من خلال تطوير وإدارة نظام إدارة الناقلين.
- إجراء اجتماعات منتظمة مع أقسام المشتريات والناقلين لتحديد أولويات الشحنات الحرجة وإزالة الاختناقات ومعالجة الشحنات العاجلة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع المشتريات العالمية وشركاء الشحن لمواءمة القدرات التشغيلية ومراجعة اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة مع الناقلين ودعم مراجعات الموردين.
- توجيه ودعم فريق الخدمات اللوجستية الواردة، وضمان اتباع الإجراءات القياسية وتغطية المهام اليومية بكفاءة.
- إدارة علاقات الناقلين الصادرة لضمان تنفيذ عمليات الاستلام بسلاسة - التأكد من وصول الشاحنات في الوقت المحدد وتنفيذ الحجوزات.
- تحديد الاختناقات في خط أنابيب الشحنات الواردة باستمرار وتنفيذ إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لتعزيز الشفافية وتقليل تأخير العبور.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية قوية في عمليات الشحن العالمية، الخدمات اللوجستية لسلسلة التوريد، أو الشحن.
- معرفة متعمقة بالعمليات الواردة العالمية، الجمارك، وعمليات الشحن، مع خبرة محددة أو دراية بخدمات سلسلة التوريد في المملكة العربية السعودية (يفضل).
- خبرة في إدارة مراجعات الناقلين وتقييم الأداء باستخدام مقاييس ملموسة.
- القدرة على العمل مع أنظمة ERP مثل SAP، وأدوات التتبع، وإعداد التقارير باستخدام Excel و Power BI.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.

In this role, you will hold global operational accountability while serving as the primary lead for our Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) site operations. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Team Leader to oversee our global inbound supply chain operations. In this role, you will hold global operational accountability while serving as the primary lead for our Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) site operations. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day global inbound freight movements, with a specific operational eye on KSA site shipments
- Track carrier performance for both inbound and outbound (on-time delivery, transit times, acceptance rates) by developing and owning carrier BMS
- Run regular check-ins with procurement and carriers to prioritize critical cargo, clear bottlenecks, and handle urgent freight
- Collaborate closely with Global Procurement and Freight Forwarding partners to align operational capacity, review carrier SLAs, and support vendor reviews
- Guide and support the inbound logistics team, ensuring standard procedures are followed and daily tasks are covered efficiently
- Manage outbound carrier relationships to ensure seamless pickup execution-making sure trucks turn up on time and bookings are fulfilled
- Continuously identify bottlenecks in the inbound pipeline and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance visibility and reduce transit delays.
- Solid background in global freight operations, Supply Chain Logistics, or freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of global inbound processes, customs, and freight operations, with specific familiarity or experience handling KSA Supply Chain Logistics preferred
- Experience running carrier reviews and managing performance using concrete metrics
- Comfortable working with ERP systems like SAP, tracking tools, and reporting in Excel, Power BI
- Proficient English language knowledge both spoken and written English
