EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY | GENERAL DIRECTOR - INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

We are seeking an accomplished General Director to lead a prestigious international school in Riyadh, with overall responsibility for the institution’s strategic, academic, operational, administrative, and financial performance.

We are looking for an experienced education leader with a strong track record in leading and managing international schools, with the vision and leadership capabilities to drive educational excellence and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the school’s strategic direction and achieve institutional objectives.
• Provide executive oversight across academic, operational, administrative, and financial functions.
• Lead and develop the senior leadership team and foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure high standards of educational quality and student and parent experience.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and relevant authorities.
• Drive institutional development, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and policies.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in the education sector, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing international schools.
• Previous experience in a senior leadership position such as School Director, General Director, Head of School, Executive Principal, Education Director, or equivalent.
• Experience overseeing the academic, operational, administrative, and financial functions of a school.
• Proven track record of leading senior leadership teams and driving institutional development.
• Strong strategic planning, performance management, and financial management capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent English is essential.
