المهام والمسؤوليات

الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في التعليم والتدريس مع خبرة في بيئات الفصول الابتدائية.
- إجادة تخطيط الدروس وتنفيذ المناهج، مع القدرة على تمييز التدريس لتلبية احتياجات التعلم المتنوعة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتفاعل بفعالية مع الطلاب والأسر والزملاء.
- خبرة في تدريب الطلاب أو إرشادهم من خلال التطور الأكاديمي والاجتماعي والعاطفي.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضل الحصول على شهادة تدريس أو ترخيص.

Role Description Homeroom Teachers at Stars of Knowledge International School are responsible for leading and managing a class of students, providing daily instruction across core subjects (Englis, Science, Math, Drama, and Wellbeing), and supporting their academic and personal development. Typical tasks include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, maintaining a structured and positive classroom environment, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians. Homeroom Teachers collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, participate in school events, and contribute to extracurricular and pastoral activities that promote student well-being and global citizenship. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in primary or elementary homeroom settings.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, including the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience in Training or mentoring students through academic, social, and emotional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or license is preferred.
- Experience in international or bilingual school environments is an advantage.
- Ability to create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms that support varied backgrounds and abilities.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with Arabic or additional languages is beneficial.
- Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
