يقدم برنامج التدريب التعاوني في فريق القانون التجاري بشركة Addleshaw Goddard فرصة ممتازة للطلاب لاكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة قانونية، حيث سيعمل المتدربون إلى جانب محترفين قانونيين ذوي خبرة مع شركاء معروفين دولياً. البرنامج متاح للبدء الفوري أو في يناير 2027 في مكتب الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة فريق القانون التجاري في صياغة ومراجعة وتدقيق المستندات القانونية والعقود والاتفاقيات.
- إجراء البحوث القانونية في مسائل القانون التجاري، بما في ذلك المتطلبات التنظيمية وقضايا الامتثال في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- دعم الفريق في التحضير لاجتماعات العملاء والعروض التقديمية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومنظمة للملفات والمستندات القانونية.
- مراقبة التحديثات في القوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة بالقانون التجاري وتقديم ملخصات للفريق.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الفريق والمساهمة في المناقشات حول القضايا والمشاريع الجارية.
- الالتزام بمعايير السرية والأخلاقيات في التعامل مع المعلومات القانونية الحساسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون مسجلاً حالياً في جامعة أو كلية ويحصل على درجة في القانون.
- استيفاء متطلبات التدريب التعاوني وفقاً لإرشادات الجامعة.
- اهتمام حقيقي بالمشاريع والبنية التحتية والأعمال القانونية المعقدة.
- الاستمتاع بالعمل المباشر مع العملاء والحماس للعمل الفكري الصعب، مع الطموح والثقة لتقديم أعلى مستوى.
- امتلاك حس تجاري وفطنة تجارية، والحماس للنمو والأفكار الجديدة.

- The Cooperative Training Programme in the Corporate Law team offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a legal environment. Interns will work alongside experienced legal professionals, assisting with a variety of corporate legal matters, including transactions, compliance, and regulatory work. The programme is designed to bridge academic learning with practical application in a professional setting.

- You will be part of a full office of Partners, Associates, Trainees and Support staff, with a culture which celebrates and encourages teamwork, collaboration, imagination, and impact.
As a Cooperative trainee working primarily with our Corporate partners, you can expect to be involved in the following;
- Assist the Corporate Law team with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research on corporate law matters, including regulatory requirements and compliance issues in Saudi Arabia
- Support the team in preparing for client meetings and presentations
- Maintain accurate and organised records of legal files and documents
- Monitor updates in laws and regulations relevant to corporate law and provide summaries to the team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on ongoing cases and projects
- Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive legal information
- Currently enrolled in a university or college, pursuing a degree in Law.
- Meet the requirements for cooperative training as per the university's guidelines.
- Genuine interest in projects, infrastructure and complex transactional work.
- You enjoy being client-facing and have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work, are ambitious and confident to deliver at the highest standard.
- Have a commercial flair and acumen and are excited by growth and new ideas.

- A professional proficiency in English and Arabic (written, spoken and reading).
