القدية تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي إدارة المشاريع في الرياض، حيث سيدعم وحدة التطوير الرئيسية (MDU) من خلال تعزيز التواصل عالي التأثير، وتنسيق الأنظمة الرقمية المتقدمة، وإعداد التقارير المرئية، وإدارة البيانات الميدانية، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير المشروع، مما يسهم في تعزيز ثقافة الفريق الواحد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنسيق مواد تواصل عالية الجودة مثل النشرات الإخبارية ولوحات المعلومات والرسوم البيانية والعروض التقديمية التي تبرز تقدم الوحدة والإنجازات في السلامة والتحول الرقمي ومعالم المشروع.
- إنشاء محتوى مرئي باستخدام Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) بما يتوافق مع معايير العلامة التجارية للوحدة والقدية.
- بناء وإدارة لوحات معلومات Power BI لتصور مؤشرات الأداء والاتجاهات والرؤى الميدانية.
- تنسيق استخدام أنظمة Aconex Field وأنظمة AI-CCTV وأدوات البناء الرقمية الأخرى من خلال توجيه المستخدمين وحل المشكلات وضمان دقة إدخال البيانات.

This position supports the Master Development Unit through high-impact communication, advanced digital technology coordination, visual reporting, and operational project support. The role enhances how the MDU communicates progress, adopts innovative tools, manages field data, and ensures compliance in alignment with project standards.
This hybrid role combines creative communication, digital systems management, AI-enhanced workflows, Power BI reporting, heavy-equipment data coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The position strengthens the "One-Team" culture by delivering accurate reporting, professional visual outputs, structured coordination, and seamless integration across delivery partners and field teams.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate high-quality communication materials, newsletters, dashboards, infographics, and presentations that highlight MDU progress, safety achievements, digital transformation, and project milestones
- Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) aligned with MDU and Qiddiya branding standards
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize performance indicators, trends, and field insights
- Coordinate the use of Aconex Field, AI-CCTV systems, and other digital construction tools by guiding users, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate data entry
- Maintain digital trackers for NCRs, inspections, system enhancements, heavy-equipment data, and reporting cycles
- Manage registration, documentation, and compliance workflows for heavy equipment, including contractor coordination and QR-code data processes
- Prepare monthly and weekly visual summaries showing equipment compliance, progress status, digital adoption levels, and operational KPIs
- Develop Microsoft Visio diagrams, process maps, and organizational charts to support clarity in workflows and communication
- Maintain structured knowledge repositories, templates, lessons learned, and communication assets for the MDU
- Support engagement activities, workshops, meetings, and One-Team initiatives by preparing materials, visuals, and field data updates
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional formatting across all MDU communication and reporting channels
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to simplify technical information into clear messages and visuals
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong skills in Power BI reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for workflow maps, diagrams, and organizational structures
- Good understanding of Aconex Field, digital inspections, NCR workflows, and AI-CCTV systems
- Knowledge of heavy-equipment registration, documentation processes, and compliance requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, with the ability to develop clear, data-driven reports
