نبذة عن الوظيفة
الغرض من الوظيفة هو الشراكة مع فريق المبيعات وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد وتطوير فرص مشاريع أنظمة الاتصالات والأمن (TSI)، وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية، ووضع استراتيجيات الحلول، وإعداد ومراجعة العروض الفنية والتقديرات، ودعم العملاء حتى ترسية العقد وتنفيذ المشروع. تشمل المسؤولية إدارة النطاق الهندسي الكامل لحزم الاتصالات والأمن بدءاً من تحليل المتطلبات وحتى التسليم النهائي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة النطاق الهندسي من البداية إلى النهاية لحزم الاتصالات والأمن: تحليل المتطلبات، تصميم الحلول، التصميم التفصيلي، اختيار المعدات، دعم المشتريات، التهيئة، اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT)، الإشراف على التركيب، اختبار القبول في الموقع (SAT)، التدريب، التشغيل، والبدء، والتسليم الفني النهائي.
- ضمان استيفاء المخرجات الهندسية للالتزامات التعاقدية، وتوقعات الجودة، والمعايير والكودات المطبقة، ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني، وجداول التسليم، وأهداف التكلفة.
- إدارة المخاطر الفنية والواجهات والتغييرات والتصعيدات بشكل استباقي.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والهندسة الداخلية ومراكز التميز والجهات الخارجية لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
- السفر إلى مواقع العمل عند الحاجة بما لا يتجاوز 20% من الوقت.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي أو تقني ذي صلة (يفضل: هندسة الحاسوب، علوم الحاسوب، تقنية المعلومات، هندسة الكهرباء والحاسوب أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة تكامل أنظمة الاتصالات (TSI).
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية.
- يفيد إتقان لغات إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
مهارات تقنية: معرفة قوية بالتقنيات والأنظمة الشائعة في حلول تكامل أنظمة الاتصالات (TSI) لدى هانيويل، ومنها: - أنظمة التحكم في الدخول (ACS): تصميم ودمج حلول الدخول للأفراد والمركبات (قارئات الوجه والبطاقات الذكية، حواجز الشرائح، بوابات الدوارة الكاملة، RFID بعيد المدى، الحواجز الهيدروليكية، حواجز الانهيار والتصادم، البوابات المنزلقة الأوتوماتيكية، أنظمة إدارة الزوار). - أنظمة CCTV وأمن الفيديو وعمليات المراقبة: تصميم ودمج منصات إدارة الفيديو وأنظمة الكاميرات للأمن ومراقبة العمليات. - أنظمة الإذاعة العامة والإنذار العام (PAGA): حلول البث والإنذار والتنبيه على مستوى المنشأة بما في ذلك Honeywell VARIODYN. - أنظمة كشف التسلل (IDS): حلول أمن المحيط والمنشأة بما في ذلك كشف التسلل الذكي والمراقبة بالطائرات المسيرة. - شبكات البيانات LAN/WAN: تصميم ودمج بنية تحتية لشبكات TCP/IP مرنة باستخدام أجهزة وبرمجيات قياسية. - أنظمة الهاتف والخط الساخن والتعاون: حلول الهاتف عبر IP، الاتصالات الساخنة، ومؤتمرات الفيديو. - أنظمة الكابلات المهيكلة: بنية تحتية مادية للشبكات (نحاس وألياف بصرية) تدعم أنظمة الاتصالات والأمن. - أنظمة الاتصالات اللاسلكية: حلول أجهزة الراديو TETRA للراديو الموقعي والبحري. - أنظمة الأرصاد الجوية والأمن البحري: حلول مراقبة واتصال وأمن متكاملة وفق متطلبات العقد. مهارات سلوكية: التميز الفني والوظيفي، التواصل الفعال، الوعي الذاتي والتعلم المستمر، قيادة التغيير، القدرة على إدارة النطاق الفني، الالتزام باستخدام القوالب المعيارية. يفهم المرشح كيفية توافق هذه الحلول مع ثلاثة مجالات تقنية متكاملة: العمليات (Experion PKS، فيديو العمليات، OneWireless)، السلامة (Safety Manager، نظام الغاز والحريق، إطفاء المباني، PAGA)، والأمن (Experion Industrial Security، التحكم في الدخول، فيديو الأمن، كشف التسلل، مراقبة وقت العمل، أنظمة المواقع في الوقت الفعلي)، مع القدرة على دمجها في بيئة تشغيل موحدة.

Purpose of the Job
- Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and develop the TSI opportunity pipeline; provide technical consultancy; define solution strategies; prepare and review proposals, estimates, and technical submissions; and support customer engagements through contract award and project execution.
- Manage the end-to-end engineering scope for telecommunications and security packages, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, detailed design, equipment selection, procurement support, configuration, factory acceptance testing (FAT), installation supervision, site acceptance testing (SAT), training, start-up, commissioning, and final technical handover.
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual obligations, quality expectations, applicable codes and standards, cybersecurity requirements, schedule commitments, and cost targets; proactively manage technical risks, interfaces, changes, and escalations.

- Responsible for the technical scope of assigned special designs and functions.
- Site travel may be required for up to 20% of the time.
- Education Required
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline is preferred. Acceptable fields include Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and Computing, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Work Experience Required
- More than 10 years of experience in the telecommunications systems integration (TSI) industry.
- Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required
- Access Control Systems (ACS): Design and integration of personnel and vehicle access solutions, including facial-recognition and smart-card readers, flap barriers, full-height turnstiles, long-range RFID, hydraulic bollards, crash and boom barriers, automatic sliding gates, and visitor management systems.
- CCTV, Security, and Process Video Systems: Design and integration of video management platforms and camera systems for security and process monitoring.
- Public Address and General Alarm (PAGA) Systems: Plant-wide emergency broadcasting, alarm, and notification solutions, including Honeywell VARIODYN.
- Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS): Perimeter and facility security solutions, including intelligent perimeter detection and drone-based surveillance.
- LAN/WAN Data Networks: Design and integration of resilient TCP/IP network infrastructure using industry-standard hardware and software platforms.
- Telephony, Hotline, and Collaboration Systems: IP telephony, hotline communications, and video-conferencing solutions.
- Structured Cabling Systems: Copper and fibre-optic physical network infrastructure supporting telecommunications and security systems.
- Radio Communication Systems: TETRA site-radio and marine-radio solutions.
- Meteorological and Marine Security Systems: Project-specific monitoring, communication, and security solutions integrated in accordance with customer and contractual requirements.
- Process: Experion PKS (DCS), process video, and OneWireless.
- Safety: Safety Manager, Fire and Gas (F&G), building fire, and PAGA.
- Security: Experion Industrial Security, access control, security video, intrusion detection, work-time monitoring, and real-time location systems.
