We are looking for a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in managing and delivering real estate projects, with the ability to lead engineering work and follow projects from the planning stage through to handover.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise project execution and follow up on construction works on site.
• Manage and follow up with contractors and consultants, ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality and project progress according to the approved schedule.
• Prepare technical and periodic reports for management.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and review shop drawings.
• Review project costs and budgets and ensure that projects remain within the approved budget.
• Follow up on contractor payments, work progress, and project costs during execution.
• Have good knowledge of structural works, finishing works, and project management.
• Manage several projects at the same time and follow up with site teams.
• Use AutoCAD, 3D software, and other related programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and executing real estate projects.
• Previous experience with contractors or real estate developers.
• Ability to read and prepare shop drawings.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and cost studies.
• Good planning, organizational, and project management skills. 

Must be based in Jeddah.
