تعلن شركة Talent Blueprint FZ LLC عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مدني (البنية التحتية المؤقتة) في جدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تخطيط وتسليم البنية التحتية المؤقتة في المواقع المخصصة
- إعداد الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات وتقديرات المواد لأعمال البنية التحتية المؤقتة
- دعم عمليات التفتيش الميداني والقياسات وفحوصات الجاهزية
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمساحين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
- مراجعة وتفسير التقارير الجيوتقنية وتقارير حالة الرصف لدعم قرارات التصميم
- إعداد تقارير التقدم والوثائق الفنية وتقديرات تكلفة المشروع
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير السلامة والمتطلبات البيئية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- رخصة هندسية مهنية أو عضوية في هيئة هندسية معترف بها (يفضل)
- الإلمام بمعايير البناء السعودية واللوائح المحلية للبنية التحتية
- إقامة سارية المفعول (Valid iqama)
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الهندسة المدنية مع التركيز على مشاريع الطرق أو البنية التحتية المؤقتة
- يفضل خبرة في دعم الفعاليات الرياضية أو البطولات أو المعارض أو الأحداث واسعة النطاق
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد للهياكل المؤقتة وإعداد الموقع والبنية التحتية للملاعب أو مرافق الفعاليات
- إتقان استخدام برامج الهندسة المدنية مثل AutoCAD و Civil 3D أو أدوات مماثلة
- معرفة قوية بكود البناء السعودي واللوائح المحلية ذات الصلة
- القدرة على إدارة الإشراف الموقعي وعمليات ضمان الجودة

Role Summary
To support the delivery of temporary infrastructure and facilities required across tournament venues. The role will assist with site setup, installation activities, supplier coordination and venue readiness to ensure overlay facilities are delivered according to operational requirements.

To support the delivery of temporary infrastructure and facilities required across tournament venues. The role will assist with site setup, installation activities, supplier coordination and venue readiness to ensure overlay facilities are delivered according to operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of temporary overlay infrastructure across assigned venues
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and material estimates for overlay works
- Support site inspections, measurements and readiness checks
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
- Review and interpret geotechnical and pavement condition reports to inform design decisions
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements
- Understanding of temporary structures, site setup, venue infrastructure or event facilities.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of Saudi Building Code and relevant local infrastructure regulations
- Ability to manage site supervision and quality assurance processes
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional engineering license or membership with a recognized engineering body preferred
- Familiarity with Saudi infrastructure and construction standards is highly desirable
- Valid iqama
- At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on road or overlay infrastructure projects
- Experience supporting sporting events, tournaments, exhibitions or large-scale events is preferred
