Electrical Engineer - Fresh Graduate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineering fresh graduate who is eager to learn, develop practical technical skills, and grow within an operations and maintenance environment.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their careers who demonstrate strong learning ability, commitment, technical curiosity, and willingness to work across different projects and locations as required.

Salary: SAR 8,700 - 9,000 per month

Location: Saudi Arabia - willingness to relocate based on project requirements is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Support senior engineers and technical teams in daily operational and maintenance activities.
• Participate in inspections and assist in identifying electrical faults and maintenance requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, maintenance records, checklists, and documentation.
• Learn and apply electrical safety procedures, engineering standards, and company requirements.
• Support electrical systems such as LV/MV systems, distribution panels, transformers, motors, lighting systems, generators, and related equipment depending on project requirements.
• Assist with basic testing using appropriate electrical measuring and testing equipment.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documents under supervision.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and other engineering teams when required.
• Participate in site activities and technical assignments under the supervision of experienced engineers.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and practical electrical engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation is preferred.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility is preferred.

Previous professional experience is not mandatory.
