تعلن شركة Napco National عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، لوظيفة قائد فريق الإنتاج (Production Team Leader).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان توزيع العمالة الصحيح لكل آلة وسد النقص في القوى العاملة لضمان تنفيذ خطة الإنتاج اليومية.
- مراجعة تقارير الإنتاج اليومية والتأكد من صحتها لتمكين تسليم المعلومات ونقلها بشكل سليم أثناء تغيير الورديات.
- الإشراف على قدرة تشغيل الآلات أثناء التجارب/الإنتاج ورفع أي مخالفات في المواد الخام.
- تحديد المهام والمواعيد النهائية لفريق الإنتاج ومتابعة تحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
- إدارة وتوجيه فريق الإنتاج للعمل بأمان وفعالية مع الحفاظ على مرافق المصنع نظيفة ومرتبة.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع إجراءات النظافة (بما في ذلك شبكة الشعر، الكمامة، القفازات، تعقيم اليدين) بشكل صحيح طوال الوقت في موقع العمل.
- تأمين الصيانة الوقائية المناسبة لجميع الآلات بالتنسيق مع قسم الصيانة.
- ضمان تطبيق جميع إجراءات الجودة بالتنسيق مع قسم مراقبة الجودة.
- تقييم أداء الموظفين واقتراح برامج الحوافز والتدريب المناسبة.
- الامتثال واتباع تعليمات السلامة والبيئة والمشاركة في محادثات الأدوات (toolbox talks) التي يقدمها مسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- المشاركة والتشاور على جميع المستويات والوظائف المعنية (مثل تطوير وتخطيط وتنفيذ وتقييم الأداء وإجراءات التحسين لنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية).

- Ensure the correct manning per machine & fill the manpower shortage to ensure proper implementation of the daily production planning.
- Review the daily production reports and ensure their correctness to enable a proper handover and transfer of information during the shift change.
- Supervise and ensure the machine run ability during trials/production & report any non conformities of raw material.
- Assign tasks and deadlines for the production team and follow up achievements of set goals.
- Manage & guide the production team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises.
- Ensure all hygiene procedures including “hairnet, mask, gloves, hand sanitization) are being implemented correctly all the time on the floor.
- Secure proper preventive maintenance on all machines in coordination with the Maintenance Department.
- Ensure the application of all quality procedures in coordination with the QC Department.
- Evaluate the performance of his staff & suggest the appropriate incentive and training program.
- Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
- Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
