Virtucruit، بالشراكة مع شركة تعدين رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية، تعلن عن وظيفة (عامل لحام منصات الحفر الاستكشافي) في منطقة نجران. هذه الوظيفة تطويرية مخصصة للمواطنين السعوديين الراغبين في بناء مسيرة مهنية في مجال اللحام والتصنيع وإصلاح معدات الحفر الاستكشافي، مع التدريب والتوجيه تحت إشراف كادر فني ذي خبرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان أعلى معايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة في العمل.
- المساعدة في أعمال اللحام والتصنيع والإصلاح على منصات الحفر السطحية والجوفية ومعدات الدعم وهياكل الورش.
- تنفيذ أعمال اللحام بالقوس الكهربائي (SMAW) و MIG وغيرها من طرق اللحام المعتمدة تحت الإشراف ووفق الإجراءات المقررة.
- المساعدة في إصلاح الأقواس والحواجز والإطارات والمنصات والدعامات والصواني والمكونات الأخرى التالفة أو المشقوقة في معدات الحفر.
- قياس وتحديد وقطع وجلخ وتجهيز المكونات الفولاذية والمواد للحام والتصنيع.
- فحص مناطق اللحام والمكونات المصنعة للكشف عن العيوب المرئية والشقوق والتآكل والتلف وإبلاغ المشرف بالنتائج.
- استخدام ماكينات اللحام والجلاخات ومعدات القطع والأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية بأمان وبشكل صحيح.
- المساعدة في إصلاحات الأعطال الميدانية وأعمال التصنيع مع اتباع متطلبات العزل وتصاريح العمل الساخن والوقاية من الحرائق.
- تعلم قراءة وفهم رسومات التصنيع الأساسية والقياسات والرسومات التوضيحية وتعليمات إصلاح المعدات.
- دعم الصيانة الوقائية بفحص الهياكل الملحومة ونقاط التثبيت والحواجز والمكونات المصنعة بحثاً عن الإجهاد أو التلف.
- صيانة ماكينات اللحام والكابلات والأدوات ومناطق العمل بحالة آمنة وقابلة للاستخدام.
- المحافظة على النظافة الجيدة والتأكد من تخزين ومناولة أسطوانات الغاز والأقطاب والمواد الاستهلاكية ومعدات اللحام بشكل صحيح.
- المشاركة في محادثات السلامة واجتماعات السلامة والتدريب الفني والتدريب المهني وتقييم الكفاءات، وإظهار التحسن المستمر في جودة اللحام والإنتاجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- يفضل حصوله على دبلوم تقني أو مؤهل مهني في اللحام أو التصنيع أو الميكانيكا أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- يشجع الخريجون الجدد على التقديم؛ خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في اللحام أو التصنيع مقبولة.
- معرفة عملية أساسية باللحام والقطع والجلخ والقياس وتشكيل المعادن.
- القدرة على فهم الأبعاد الأساسية والرسومات والاستعداد لتطوير مهارات التصنيع والإصلاح.
- الاستعداد للعمل في الورش وفي البيئات السطحية والجوفية الميدانية وإجراء الإصلاحات الميدانية عند الحاجة.
- مهارات التواصل الأساسية باللغة الإنجليزية مرغوبة مع الاستعداد لتطوير اللغة الإنجليزية التقنية.
- شهادة لحام مهنية أو شهادات كفاءة تعتبر ميزة، ويمكن تطويرها من خلال تدريب الشركة.
- التزام قوي بالسلامة وضوابط الأعمال الساخنة والانضباط والحضور والعمل الجماعي والتعلم المستمر.

This is a development position intended for a Saudi national who wants to build practical welding, fabrication and repair skills and a long-term career supporting exploration drilling equipment. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of experienced maintenance personnel while developing competence in welding, cutting, fabrication and structural repairs.
The role provides hands-on exposure to surface and underground exploration drill rigs, workshop fabrication and field repairs, with structured coaching and progressive responsibility as technical competency develops.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.
- Assist with welding, fabrication and repair work on Surface and Underground exploration drill rigs, support equipment and workshop structures.
- Carry out basic SMAW/arc, MIG and other approved welding activities under supervision and in accordance with approved procedures.
- Assist with repair of cracked or damaged brackets, guards, frames, platforms, supports, trays and other fabricated components on drilling equipment.
- Measure, mark, cut, grind, fit and prepare steel components and materials for welding and fabrication.
- Inspect weld areas and fabricated components for visible defects, cracks, wear or damage and report findings to the supervisor.
- Use welding machines, grinders, cutting equipment, hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
- Assist with field breakdown repairs and fabrication work while following isolation, hot-work permit and fire-prevention requirements.
- Learn to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings, measurements, sketches and equipment repair instructions.
- Support preventive maintenance by inspecting welded structures, mounting points, guards and fabricated components for fatigue or damage.
- Maintain welding machines, leads, tools and work areas in safe and serviceable condition.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure gas cylinders, electrodes, consumables and welding equipment are stored and handled correctly.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, technical training, coaching and competency assessments, and demonstrate continuous improvement in welding quality and productivity.
- Saudi National.
- Technical Diploma or vocational qualification in Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical Trades or a related technical field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0-2 years of welding or fabrication experience is acceptable.
- Basic practical knowledge of welding, cutting, grinding, measurement and metal fabrication.
- Ability to understand basic dimensions and drawings and willingness to develop fabrication and repair skills.
- Willingness to work in workshop, surface and underground field environments and perform field repairs when required.
- Basic English communication skills are desirable, with willingness to develop technical English.
- Welding trade certification or competency certificates are an advantage but may also be developed through company training.
- Strong commitment to safety, hot-work controls, discipline, attendance, teamwork and continuous learning.
