تتعاون شركة Virtucruit مع شركة تعدين رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية لتوظيف ميكانيكي مركبات خفيفة (Light Vehicle Mechanic) ضمن قسم الميكانيكا، للعمل في منطقة نجران.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان أعلى معايير السلامة والصحة والبيئة في العمل.
  • إجراء الفحوصات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحات على المركبات الخفيفة بما فيها بيك أب 4×4 وسيارات الخدمة.
  • تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية ونظم التوجيه والتعليق والفرامل والتبريد والوقود وناقل الحركة ومجموعة نقل الحركة.
  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الروتينية كتغيير زيت المحرك والفلتر والتشحيم وفحص الفرامل ومراقبة السوائل واستبدال السيور وفحص البطارية وغيرها من الخدمات المحددة من الشركة المصنعة.
  • استخدام أجهزة الفحص التشخيصي وأجهزة القياس المتعددة وأجهزة قياس الضغط لتحديد الأعطال والتحقق من أداء المركبة بعد الإصلاح.
  • قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية وأدلة ورشات العمل وجداول الخدمات والنشرات الفنية ومواصفات الشركة المصنعة.
  • فحص الإطارات والعجلات والفرامل والتعليق والتوجيه والمكونات الحيوية للسلامة، والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب تتطلب إجراءً تصحيحياً.
  • تنفيذ أعمال فك وتركيب وضبط وإصلاحات طفيفة للمكونات وفق إجراءات الصيانة المعتمدة.
  • إجراء اختبارات القيادة قبل وبعد الخدمة عند التصريح بذلك للتحقق من حالة المركبة وجودة الإصلاح.
  • الاستجابة لأعطال المركبات في الورشة والميدان وإعادتها للخدمة بأمان وكفاءة.
  • المحافظة على النظافة الجيدة وتنظيم الأدوات وممارسات العمل الآمنة في الورشة ومناطق الخدمة الميدانية.
  • تسجيل سجلات الصيانة وبطاقات العمل وأوراق الفحص واستهلاك القطع وتاريخ الخدمة وساعات العمل في نظام الصيانة المعتمد.
  • تحديد الأعطال المتكررة وتقديم ملاحظات فنية للمشرفين والمخططين لدعم تحسين الموثوقية وتخطيط الصيانة.
  • التأكد من إتمام جميع الإصلاحات والصيانة وفق إجراءات الشركة ومعايير الشركة المصنعة ومتطلبات السلامة.
  • دعم تطوير وتدريب الميكانيكيين المبتدئين والموظفين المحليين من خلال التدريب العملي والتوجيه ونقل المعرفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم تقني أو شهادة مهنية في ميكانيكا المركبات أو مؤهل تدريبي مهني معترف به.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كميكانيكي مركبات خفيفة، ويفضل أن تكون في عمليات التعدين أو الحفر أو البناء أو المواقع النائية.
  • خبرة عملية قوية في المركبات 4×4 التي تعمل بالديزل والبنزين؛ خبرة مع تويوتا هايلوكس وتويوتا لاند كروزر وإم جي T60 أو ما شابهها ميزة إضافية.
  • معرفة جيدة بمحركات الديزل والبنزين وناقل الحركة الأوتوماتيكي واليدوي وأنظمة الفرامل والتوجيه والتعليق ومجموعة نقل الحركة وأنظمة التبريد والأنظمة الكهربائية الأساسية للمركبات.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات تشخيص المركبات وقراءة رموز الأعطال والمخططات الكهربائية ومعلومات الخدمة من الشركة المصنعة.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة (CMMS) مثل Service Manager أو SAP أو ما يشبهها ميزة إضافية.
  • يفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية للمركبات الخفيفة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً).
  • القدرة على العمل بأمان وفعالية ضمن فريق متعدد الثقافات وفي بيئات التعدين النائية أو الميدانية.

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Light Vehicle Mechanic within the Mechanic Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing the company light vehicle fleet to ensure safe operation, high availability, and minimum downtime.

The position requires a hands-on mechanic with strong diagnostic capability and at least five years of practical experience maintaining 4x4 pickups, utility vehicles, and similar light-duty vehicles operating in demanding mining and field conditions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.
  • Carry out scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on light vehicles, including 4x4 pickups and utility vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, cooling, fuel, transmission, and driveline faults.
  • Perform routine maintenance including engine oil and filter changes, lubrication, brake inspections, fluid checks, belt replacement, battery checks, and other OEM-specified service activities.
  • Use diagnostic scanners, multimeters, pressure gauges, and other testing equipment to identify faults and confirm vehicle performance after repairs.
  • Read and interpret vehicle wiring diagrams, workshop manuals, service schedules, technical bulletins, and OEM specifications.
  • Inspect tyres, wheels, brakes, suspension, steering, and other safety-critical components and report defects requiring corrective action.
  • Carry out component removal, replacement, adjustment, and minor overhaul work in accordance with approved maintenance procedures.
  • Conduct pre-service and post-repair road tests where authorized to confirm vehicle condition and repair quality.
  • Respond to vehicle breakdowns in the workshop and field and restore equipment to service safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain good housekeeping, tool control, and safe working practices within the workshop and field service areas.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, inspection sheets, parts usage, service history, and work hours in the applicable maintenance system.
  • Identify recurring failures and provide technical feedback to supervisors and planners to support reliability improvement and maintenance planning.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in accordance with company procedures, OEM standards, and applicable safety requirements.
  • Support the development and training of junior mechanics and local nationals through practical coaching, guidance, and knowledge transfer.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical Diploma, Trade Certificate, Automotive Mechanic qualification, or equivalent recognized vocational training.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Light Vehicle / Automotive Mechanic, preferably supporting mining, drilling, construction, or remote-site operations.
  • Strong practical experience with 4x4 diesel and petrol vehicles; experience with Toyota Hilux, Toyota Land Cruiser, MG T60, or similar fleet vehicles is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, automatic and manual transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension, driveline, cooling systems, and basic automotive electrical systems.
  • Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and interpret fault codes, wiring diagrams, and OEM service information.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms is a plus (e.g., Service Manager, SAP, or similar systems).
  • Valid driving licence appropriate for light vehicles is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a multicultural team and in remote mining or field environments.
