تتعاون شركة Virtucruit مع شركة تعدين رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية لتعيين مسؤول سلامة وصحة مهنية (تحت الأرض والسطح) ضمن إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، في منطقة نجران.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ ومراقبة وتحسين نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الشركة باستمرار.
  • ضمان الامتثال للتشريعات السعودية، ومتطلبات السلامة للعميل، ومعايير الشركة، والمعايير الدولية المعمول بها.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش روتينية لمنصات الحفر، وورش العمل، والمستودعات، والمخيمات، والمركبات، والمرافق التشغيلية الأخرى.
  • تنفيذ تحديد مخاطر مكان العمل، وتقييم المخاطر، والتحقق من ضوابط المخاطر الحرجة.
  • المشاركة في تحليل مخاطر الوظيفة (JHA) وتقييمات المخاطر المبدئية (Take-5) وتقييمات المخاطر قبل بدء المهمة.

  • حفظ سجلات السلامة بما في ذلك عمليات التفتيش والحوادث ومراجعات الأداء والتدريب والرصد البيئي والوثائق القانونية.
  • إعداد تقارير السلامة اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية حسب الحاجة.
  • إجراء مراجعات داخلية للسلامة والمشاركة في عمليات تفتيش العملاء والجهات التنظيمية.

  • دعم الإدارة في تحقيق أهداف السلامة للشركة وتوقعات أداء العميل.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالسلامة يكلف بها من الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها.
  • شهادة NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو ما يعادلها.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية مع القدرة على السفر إلى المواقع التشغيلية النائية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة داخل قطاع التعدين أو التنقيب عن المعادن أو الحفر.

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint an HSE Officer within the Health, Safety & Environment Department.

HSE Operations: Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental procedures across mining and drilling operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

DEPARTMENT: Health Safety and Environment

POSITION: Health and Safety Officer (Underground and Surface)

REPORTS TO: Health and Safety Supervisor

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor and continuously improve the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian legislation, client HSE requirements, company standards, and applicable international standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of drilling rigs, workshop, warehouse, camp, vehicles, and other operational facilities.
  • Carry out workplace hazard identification, risk assessments, and verification of critical risk controls.
  • Participate in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Take-5 Risk Assessments, and Pre-Task Risk Assessments.
  • Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and Safe Work Procedures.
  • Verify that personnel use the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain compliance with PPE standards.
  • Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, working at height, hot work, electrical work, excavation, pressure testing, and rig mobilization / demobilization.
  • Monitor safe operating practices during Diamond and RC drilling activities including rod handling, core handling, sample collection, compressor operations, mud mixing, winch operations, rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, and fuel handling.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machine guarding, emergency stops, fire protection equipment, first aid equipment, and safety signage.
  • Investigating incidents using recognized root cause analysis techniques.
  • Prepare investigation reports and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed within agreed timeframes.
  • Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety alerts, awareness campaigns, and other training programmes.
  • Coach supervisors and drilling crews on safe work practices and behavioral safety.
  • Maintain HSE records including inspections, incidents, audits, training, environmental monitoring, and statutory documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports as required.
  • Conduct internal HSE audits and participate in client and regulatory inspections.
  • Ensure proper management of hazardous substances, waste segregation, spill prevention, pollution control, and environmental protection measures.
  • Conduct emergency preparedness inspections and coordinate emergency response drills.
  • Monitor camp hygiene, housekeeping, welfare facilities, and occupational health requirements.
  • Promote employee participation in hazard reporting, safety observations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support management in achieving company HSE objectives and client performance expectations.
  • Perform any other HSE-related duties assigned by management.


Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Valid driving licence with the ability to travel to remote operational sites.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Health, Safety and Environment within the mining, mineral exploration, drilling.
